Poor assembly. There will be no response to complaints (especially if the payment has already been made). Can currently only advise against this company.

Wir haben diese nun seit 5 Jahren - die Qualität ist hervorragend und ich freue mich jeden Tag wenn ich sie ansehe! Die Lieferung war in der Zeit, Montage top!, ausserdem bekamen wir eine Super Beratung und überhaupt - was heutzutage schon selten ist - extrem freundlich!!! Weiter so! Kann die Firma SONNENWURM wärmstens empfehlen! We have our awning at the company Sonnenwurm, all our shutters (and we have MANY windows) slat curtains and external venetian blinds! We have had these for 5 years now - the quality is excellent and I am happy every day when I look at them! The delivery was in time, assembly top !, we also got a great advice and at all - which is rare these days - extremely friendly! Keep it up! Can the company SONNENWURM highly recommend!

Ich werde mit Freude bei einem Konkurrenten dieser Firma mehr Geld ausgeben. Dafür bekomme ich dann auch was und nicht nur heiße Luft am Balkon. =( wirklich schade... I tried it for 1 1/2 years and couldn't get an awning. After the insurance that I got my awning for an appointment, which has been broken many times, I now resign. I will be happy to spend more money with a competitor of this company. In return, I get something and not just hot air on the balcony. = (really a shame ...
