Wir können Herrn Rechtsanwalt Proxauf nicht empfehlen. Unser Unternehmen vertreibt seine Produkte nahezu weltweit, Herr Proxauf war mit zahlreichen sensiblen Unternehmensinformationen durch seine Arbeit als unser vormaliger Anwalt vertraut. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehörte vor einigen Jahren auch ein äußerst brisantes Gerichtsverfahren gegen einen Mitbewerber. Nun mussten wir erfahren, dass Herr Proxauf über eine von ihm gehaltene Gesellschaft Teilhaber eben dieser Mitbewerberin geworden ist und dies zu einem Zeitpunkt, in dem er in mehreren anderen Angelegenheiten noch als unser anwaltlicher Vertreter beauftragt war. So etwas widerspricht unserer Ansicht nach der anwaltlichen Loyalität. Wir werden Herrn Proxauf nicht mehr beauftragen und fragen uns, wie andere Unternehmen reagieren würden, wenn ihr Anwalt des Vertrauens während eines laufenden Mandatsverhältnisses bei der Konkurrenz einsteigt. Our company Women's Best has relied on the legal advice of Mr. Florian Proxauf based in Innsbruck for several years. We cannot recommend Mr. Proxauf. Our company sells its products almost worldwide, Mr. Proxauf was familiar with numerous sensitive company information through his work as our former lawyer. A few years ago his duties included an extremely explosive court case against a competitor. Now we had to find out that Mr. Proxauf had become a partner in this very competitor through a company he held and that at a time when he was still engaged as our legal representative in several other matters. In our opinion, something like that contradicts the loyalty of the lawyer. We will no longer commission Mr. Proxauf and we wonder how other companies would react if their lawyer of trust joins the competition during an ongoing mandate.
