Wir lieb(t)en diesen Tee!! Plötzlich ohne Hinweis neue Rezeptur; diese schmeckt modrig und unausgewogen. Kein Vergleich! Wir wollen den „alten“ Durchschlafen zurück!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Sonnentor !!!!! I really do! But I am very disappointed with the "secret" product changes to the "Sleep Through" tea. We love (d) this tea !! Suddenly new recipe without notice; this tastes musty and unbalanced. No comparison! We want to get back to the "old" sleep through !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allerdings ist die Durchführung katastrophal: Nachdem sich meine Mutter (60+) und ich brav, wie vorgesehen draußen anstellten und 2 Kundinnen rauskamen, gingen wir hinein. Prompt wurden wir äußerst unfreundlich schon fast angeschrien: "MAXIMAL 4 KUNDEEEN!!!!1!11" alles gut, anscheinend haben sie sich zuvor verzählt (bis 4 zählen ist ja auch wirklich sehr schwer...), ich ging also schon mal hinein, meine Mutter wartete bis der nächste Kunde raus kam. Kaum ging er raus ging sie rein, dann wurde sie schon wieder quasi angeschrien! Wir wurden wirklich persönlich angegangen, die Dame ist uns in ihrer Rage extrem nahe gekommen (kein Abstand trotz Pandemie) und ihr Verhalten war für uns persönlich aggressiv.Sowas unfreundliches und unprofessionelles ist mir in meinem Leben überhaupt noch nie passiert!! Kunden vergraulen weil man in einem Geschäft entweder den Überblick bei max 4 Kunden verliert oder nicht bis 4 zählen kann, das sind wohl beides keine besonderen Qualitäten! Uns haben sie jedenfalls als Kunden verloren. IDame hatte Dienst am 12.2.2021, Vormittags. Kinn/Schulterlange braune Haare und schon etwas älter, um die 50, ist mit Maske leider schwer erkennbar. max. 4 customers. Completely understandable and correct during a pandemic. However, the implementation is disastrous: After my mother (60+) and I were working outside as planned and 2 customers came out, we went inside. We were promptly yelled at, extremely unfriendly: "MAXIMUM 4 CUSTOMERS !!!! 1! 11" everything was good, apparently you miscounted beforehand (counting up to 4 is really very difficult ...), so I went in, my mother waited until the next customer came out. As soon as he went out she went in, then she was practically yelled at again! We were approached personally, the lady came extremely close to us in her rage (no distance despite the pandemic) and her behavior was aggressive for us personally. Such unfriendly and unprofessional things have never happened to me in my life! Scare off customers because you either lose track of 4 customers in a shop or you can't count to 4, neither of which are special qualities! In any case, they lost us as customers. IDame was on duty on February 12, 2021, in the morning. Chin / shoulder-length brown hair and a bit older, around 50, is unfortunately difficult to see with a mask.

Die Atmosphäre im Geschäft ist sehr angenehm und einladend, die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es ist sehr nett, bei jedem Einkauf ein Probierpäckchen an Gewürzen oder Tees zu erhalten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! The selection of spices and teas is unique and the quality is top! The atmosphere in the shop is very pleasant and inviting, the staff are very friendly and competent. It is very nice to receive a tasting packet of spices or teas with every purchase. Altogether very recommendable!

DIE TEES schmecken alt und modrig und oft gleich. One star is for the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the tea quality is really poor for this price, I really expected more. THE TEES taste old and musty and often the same.
