Wo die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter am Ende war, haben sie sofort in den Unterlagen nachgesehen oder im Sachverständigenbüro Holasek nachgefragt. Für mein kleines Gutachten zu diesem günstigen Preis war ich ebenfalls angetan und habe es vor allem in letzter Minute beauftragt und sehr schnell erhalten - damit war es noch rechtzeitig beim Anwalt! We found out at home that we had been charged €200 too much. Our Complaint was received very coolly by the owner's wife and after 2 more visits and a little pressure, the extra amount was returned to us. Total Preis war € 732.- oder € 700.- nach Skonto. Verpackung war amateurhaft, lose im Karton und detailierte Rechnung wurde mir zuerst verweigert - Laut Besitzer nicht notwendig bei bar Kauf dafür müssten wir nochmals wiederkommen. Wir sind zuhause draufgekommen das uns € 200.- zuviel verrechnet wurde. Beschwerde wurde sehr kühl von der Besitzerin entgegengenommen und nach 2 weiteren Besuchen und ein wenig Druck wurde uns dann der extra Betrag retourniert. VORSICHT GEBOTEN .
