Alles unmissverständlich schriftlich! Nach gut 4 Wochen wird ein Montsgetermin vereinbart.......weit gefehlt. Nach 4 Wochen kommt ein Mitarbeiter der Fa. Singer und will Masse kontrollieren!?!? Schauderhaft! Schade, aber so ist diese Firma keinesfalls weiter zu empfehlen!!!! The company Singer is a single disaster! Offer, ordered, mass confirmed with photos in writing and 3-4 weeks delivery time agreed. Everything in writing! After a good 4 weeks a Montsgetermin agreed ....... far from it. After 4 weeks an employee of the company Singer arrives and wants to control mass!?!? Dreadful! Too bad, but so this company is in any case recommendable !!!!

S	Sabrina Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorab das Gute: Mein Motor bei meiner Jalousine war defekt und ich bekam zeitnahe einen Termin für eine Begutachtung, wo dann auch gleich der Tausch des Motors durchgeführt wurde. Das nicht so Gute waren die Kosten: Beim Material wurde mir das DOPPELTE an Kosten verrechnet als wenn ich es mir selbst beim Hersteller als Endverbraucher (!!!) kaufen würde und trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage kam von der Firma kein Entgegenkommen. Was mir mitgeteilt wurde war, dass ich ja den Auftragszettel unterschrieben habe und somit sie mir das Material und die Arbeitszeit genau so verrechnet haben. Dass ich aber spontan und vor Ort keine Ahnung von den Materialkosten hatte, stand nicht zur Depatte. Daher rate ich unbedingt, sich einen Kostenvoranschlag machen zu lassen und nicht, so wie ich, auf die sofortige Ausführung der Reparatur einzugehen. Diese Vorgehensweise ist absolut nicht kundenfreundlich um nicht zu sagen, sehr frech! The fact that I had no idea about the material costs spontaneously and on site was not an issue. Therefore, I strongly advise you to get a cost estimate and not, like me, to go into the immediate execution of the repair. This approach is absolutely not customer-friendly, not to say very cheeky!

Vorher selbst erkundigen spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch Nerven. Kommunikation mit Firmeninhaber war ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf diese Zeilen dann noch dumme Bemerkungen, natürlich nicht hier! Quality and workmanship of the product top. Be careful with information about grants.
