The 3 stars go to the good selection and a nice employee. 2 star deduction for an incompetent lady who is downright rude.

Ich finde es sehr besorgnis erregend dass medikamente an falsche personen weiter gegeben werden ohne zu schauen ob das überhaupt die person ist die das rezept hat. Laut der blonden Dame wurde das medikament schon abgeholt , eine stunde nachdem angerufen wurde um die packung zu reservieren. Man kann weder reden mit den Damen wegen der Kamera Aufzeichnungen noch kann man eine Bestätigung bzw Rechnung vom dem abgeholten Medikament haben . Wie läuft den die Organisation hier ab? Ich frage mich wie das gelaufen wäre wenn es anderen Patienten so passiert wäre? Sehr schlechter Service u noch schlechtere Organisation. Werde inZukunft nicht mehr in Ihre Apotheke gehen bzw Medikamente abholen! Muss man den nicht die Ecard oder einen Ausweis vorlegen wenn man ein Medikament abholen kommt? Anscheinend nicht sonst wäre das nicht passiert! It's a shame that you have to give a star ... wouldn't have given it at all. I find it very worrying that drugs are passed on to the wrong people without looking whether that is the person who has the prescription. According to the blonde lady, the medication was picked up an hour after the call was made to reserve the pack. You can neither talk to the ladies about the camera recordings nor have a confirmation or invoice for the medicine that has been picked up. How does the organization work here? I wonder how that would have gone if it had happened to other patients? Very bad service and even worse organization. In the future I will no longer go to your pharmacy or pick up medication! Do you not have to present your ecard or ID when you come to pick up a medicine? Apparently not otherwise it would not have happened!
M	Miha Hartman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe gerne in der Apotheke ein, weil sie sehr viele Produkte lagernd haben. Aber die schwarzhaarige, ältere Apothekerin hat ihren Beruf definitiv verfehlt. Ich hab mir die ersten 2x mal gedacht, egal, schlechter Tag. Nachdem sie nun aber zum dritten mal in Folge so unfreundlich und inkompetent war, solltet ihr vll. über eine Neubesetzung nachdenken liebe Sonnenapotheke. Ich bin sicher nicht der einzige Kunde, der die schlechte Laune dieser Apothekerin abbekommt. I like to shop in the pharmacy because they have a lot of products in stock. But the black-haired, older pharmacist has definitely missed her job. The first two times I thought to myself, it doesn't matter, bad day. Now that she has been so unfriendly and incompetent for the third time in a row, you should probably think about a new appointment, dear sun pharmacy. I'm certainly not the only customer who gets this pharmacist in a bad mood.

Ich habe mich vorab im Internet angemeldet und da ich eine halbe Stunde vor dem reservierten Termin dort war, dachte ich mir, ich probiere es einfach. Es war nichts los? Ich hatte den Eindruck man war froh mal was zu tun zu bekommen ? Alle waren sehr freundlich und flott. I am only reviewing the Covid19 testing station for Sunday. I registered online in advance and since I was there half an hour before the reserved appointment, I thought I'd give it a try. Nothing was going on I got the impression you were happy to get something to do ? Everyone was very friendly and quick.
