A	Arianna Sofia Cirillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der schlechtesten Erfahrung meines Lebens. Gestern mussten mein Freund und ich für einen Notfall nach Graz fahren. Um 22.30 sind wir in Graz angekommen, aber um in Hotel eingecheckt zu werden, brauchten wir einen Covid-Test. Wir haben also eine Apotheke mit Nachtdienst gesucht und wir haben diese Bärenapotheke gefunden. Die Frau, die mit uns gesprochen hat, war unbeschreiblich irritiert und genervt, von dem was wir ihr erzählt und gefragt haben. Sie hat mich nicht zu Ende sprechen lassen und sie hat uns völlig arrogant gesagt „Soll das ein Witz sein? Um diese Zeit ein Test? Nachtdienst ist für Medikamente!“. Kein Wort mehr. Eine Schande! Wegen ihrer abwesenden Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir so riskiert, die Nacht auf der Straße zu verbringen. Zum Glück haben wir dann menschliche und sehr hilfsbereite Leute in einem chinesischen Restaurant gefragt, ob sie Covid-Test noch hatten und sie haben uns drei geschenkt. One of the worst experiences of my life. Yesterday my friend and I had to go to Graz for an emergency. We arrived in Graz at 10.30 p.m., but to be checked into the hotel, we needed a Covid test. So we were looking for a pharmacy with night duty and we found this bear pharmacy. The woman who spoke to us was indescribably irritated and annoyed by what we told her and asked her. She didn't let me finish and she said to us, completely arrogant, “Is this a joke? A test at this time? Night duty is for medication! ”. No more word. A shame! Because of their unwillingness to help, we risked spending the night on the street. Fortunately, we then asked human and very helpful people in a Chinese restaurant if they still had a Covid test and they gave us three for free.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Bärenapotheke eine der wenigen Apotheken in Graz ist, die auch samstags nachmittags geöffnet ist! We always received competent advice in the Bärenapotheke! H	Heinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sollte eine Apotheke nicht für etwas verantwortlich machen, wofür man selber die Verantwortung zu tragen hat. Soviel nur zu einigen negativen Kommentaren. Ich für MEINEN Teil kann nur sagen, dass ich die paar mal die ich dort war immer sehr freundlich und nett empfangen wurde und auch sehr gut und ausführlich beraten wurde und man sich Zeit genommen hat. Man wird auch von Mitarbeitern gegrüßt, die einen nicht bedienen. Sehr aufmerksam! ? You shouldn't hold a pharmacy responsible for something for which you are responsible. So much for a few negative comments. For MY part, I can only say that the couple of times I was there, I was always welcomed very friendly and nicely and was also given very good and detailed advice and you took your time.
