Ich muss kurz ausholen: nach einem Verkehrsunfall im vergangenen Herbst war ich sehr lange Zeit auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen. Das gesamte Team der Opernapotheke hat mit dabei perfekt unterstützt, indem es mir möglich gemacht wurde, sehr unkompliziert, verlässlich und schnell zu meinen benötigten Medikamenten zu kommen. Ein Anruf genügte und die Verordnungen meiner Ärztin wurden umgehend an mich geliefert. Dabei war die Methode „Zahlschein“ mit dem dazugehörigen Vertrauen eine Selbstverständlichkeit für die Opernapotheke. Ich habe meinen persönlichen Dank bereits vorgetragen, aber trotzdem ist es mir ein Anliegen, dies auch in aller Öffentlichkeit noch einmal zu machen. Vielen vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten und nochmal herzliche Gratulation zum Funktionieren Ihres so guten und kundenfreundlichen Konzeptes und weiterhin viel Erfolg. I have to go back briefly: after a traffic accident last autumn, I had to rely on outside help for a very long time. The entire team at the Opera Pharmacy provided perfect support by making it possible for me to get the medication I needed very easily, reliably and quickly. One phone call was enough and my doctor's prescriptions were delivered to me immediately. The “payment slip” method with the associated trust was a matter of course for the opera pharmacy. I have already expressed my personal thanks, but nevertheless it is important to me to do this again in public. Thank you very much to everyone involved and once again congratulations on the functioning of your very good and customer-friendly concept and good luck for the future.
A	Anja Url on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team ist super lieb und kompetent, kein Zweifel! ...Allerdingshab ich heute mitbekommen, wie eine zärtliche Dame nach Diätpräparaten gefragt hat. Die Apothekerin hat ihr Stoffwechsel anregende Tropfen geholt. Zusätzlich, weil sie ja gerade im Angebot sind, Tabletten, die das Hungergefühl mindern.... Sollte man als ApothekerIn nicht als erstes die Gesundheit der Kunden im Kopf haben, nicht das Verkaufen der Produkte? The team is super nice and competent, no doubt about it! ... However, today I overheard a tender lady asking about diet supplements. The pharmacist brought drops that stimulate her metabolism. In addition, because they are currently on sale, tablets that reduce the feeling of hunger ... As a pharmacist, shouldn't the health of the customers be the first thing in your head, not the selling of the products?

H	Helena pe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es unfair , coronamasken bbilliger an stammkunden der apotheke zu verkaufen als an kunden, die vl nicht so oft dort vorbeikommen, weil sie in einem anderen stadtteil wohnen, diese etwas spezielleren masken jedoch nur in dieser apotheke zu kaufen sind. Fühle mich sehr unfair behandelt..... Find it unfair to sell corona masks cheaper to regular customers of the pharmacy than to customers who may not come by there that often because they live in another part of the city, but these somewhat more special masks can only be bought in this pharmacy. I feel very unfairly treated...

Oft wissen sie mehr als meine Hausärztin;) -immer gut beraten zu sein und sich willkommen fühlen, das weiß man zu schätzen. Danke! The pharmacists are always friendly, knowledgeable, help and know their way around. Often they know more than my family doctor;) -being always well advised and feeling welcome, that is appreciated. Es gibt weder vor Ort noch bei Zustellung der Testergebnisse lange Wartezeiten oder Probleme! Extremely competent and friendly advice. Always organized in an exemplary manner, especially during Corona times. There are no long waiting times or problems either on site or when the test results are delivered!
I	Isabella P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein großes Lob an die sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Damen in dieser Apotheke, immer hilfsbereit und sehr schnell. Leider musste ich heute feststellen, (war vor ein paar Minuten in dieser Apotheke) dass es auch anders geht... ein SEHR unfreundlicher Mann bediente mich und verhielt sich äußerst unverschämt und inkompetent. So etwas ist indiskutabel! Danach wollte er mir auch noch ein paar Vitamine verkaufen, was ich aufgrund seines "Benehmens" natürlich ablehnte. Aufgrund dieses Mitarbeiters werde ich diese Apotheke in Zukunft meiden. A big compliment to the very friendly and competent ladies in this pharmacy, always helpful and very fast. Unfortunately I had to find out today (was in this pharmacy a few minutes ago) that there is another way... a VERY unfriendly man served me and behaved extremely impertinently and incompetently. Something like that is out of the question! After that he also wanted to sell me some vitamins, which of course I refused because of his "behaviour". Because of this employee I will avoid this pharmacy in the future.
