Die Dame mit der ich gesprochen habe (ich glaube, es war die Chefin), hat mir Tipps gegeben was ich akut tun kann und mir auch eine Empfehlung für eine Ärztin aufgeschrieben. Vielen Dank dafür! Werde definitiv nur noch zu dieser Apotheke gehen. :) Incredibly capable and warm staff! I was there because various doctors did not take my problem seriously and I was a bit desperate. The lady I spoke to (I think it was the boss) gave me tips on what I can do acutely and also wrote down a recommendation for a doctor. Thanks a lot for this! Will definitely only go to this pharmacy from now on. :)

Stammkunden, die ein ganzes Jahr in der Apotheke ihre Rezepte einlösen und auch privat Medikamente kaufen, müssen für eine Kunden-Rezeptgebührenbestätigung, die für steuerrechtliche Belange (Arbeitnehmerveranlagung beim Finanzamt) benötigt wird, 1 Euro für den Jahresausdruck bezahlen!!!! Ausgenommen in 2 Apotheken (Sonnenapotheke in Scharnstein und der Heiligen Geist Apotheke in Pettenbach) sind in allen Apotheken der Bezirk Gmunden, Kirchdorf u. Linz-Land solche Bestätigung ohne Gebühr, so eine telefonisch Recherche. In einigen Apotheken erhält man als Stammkunde auch Gutscheine für Einkäufe, wenn ein bestimmter Betrag erreicht wird. Very bad regular customer services !!!! Regular customers who fill their prescriptions in the pharmacy for a whole year and also buy medicines privately have to pay 1 euro for the annual printout for a customer prescription fee confirmation, which is required for tax matters (employee assessment at the tax office)!!!! With the exception of 2 pharmacies (sun pharmacy in Scharnstein and the Holy Spirit Pharmacy in Pettenbach), all pharmacies in the districts of Gmunden, Kirchdorf and Linz-Land provide such confirmation free of charge, according to a telephone research. In some pharmacies, regular customers also receive vouchers for purchases when a certain amount is reached.
