B	Barbara Kemptner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unter aller Kritik! Stehe mit meinem Baby, welches 40 Grad Fieber hat, vor dieser diensthabenden Apotheke um die verschriebenen Medikamente abzuholen. Ganz groß prangt ein Bildschirm, auf dem mitgeteilt wird, dass diese Apotheke Notdienst hat und die Notdienstglocke betätigt werden solle. Nach 5!!!!! - maligem Läuten und weiterem Klopfen stehe ich nach wie vor mit einem laut brüllenden Baby vor verschlossener Tür. Nun gut, dann rufen wir telefonisch an! Nach abheben des Apothekers erklärte mir dieser, er sei zu Hause und müsse zur Apotheke fahren!!!????!!! Nach einer 10km weiten Fahrt zu einer anderen diensthabenden Apotheke, lese ich auf der Homepage der A1 Apotheke - "Bitte vorher anrufen!". Bitte, wenn eine Apotheke NOTDIENST hat, gehe ich auch davon aus, dass jemand vor Ort ist. Ich gehe nicht davon aus, vorher im Internet recherchieren zu müssen, dass ich mich - oh, lieber Herr Mag., im Vorhinein anmelden muss um für ein krankes Baby Medikamente zu bekommen! Dass viele andere Sache, bei dieser Apotheke auch schief laufen, möchte ich jetzt gar nicht erwähnen! Under all criticism! I stand in front of this pharmacy on duty with my baby, who has a fever of 40 degrees, to pick up the prescribed medication. A large screen shows that this pharmacy is on emergency duty and that the emergency bell should be pressed. After 5 !!!!! - After ringing the bell and knocking again, I still stand in front of a locked door with a loudly roaring baby. Well, then we'll call you! After the pharmacist took off, he told me that he was at home and had to go to the pharmacy !!! ???? !!! After a 10km drive to another pharmacy on duty, I read on the A1 pharmacy's homepage - "Please call beforehand!". Please, if a pharmacy has EMERGENCY SERVICE, I also assume that someone is there. I do not assume that I will have to research the Internet beforehand, that I - oh, dear Mr Mag., Will have to register in advance in order to get medication for a sick baby! I don't even want to mention that many other things go wrong at this pharmacy!
M	Manuela Gangl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplizierter als andere Apotheken! Abwicklung mittels Rezept - nicht umsetzbar. Bei der nächsten Apotheke gab es mit dem selben Rezept kein Problem. Als Kunde ist man hier gut aufgehoben, wenn man an Kompetenz nicht mehr als das Mindeste erwartet. More complicated than other pharmacies! Processing by recipe - not feasible. At the nearest pharmacy there was no problem with the same recipe. As a customer, you are in good hands, if you expect nothing more than the minimum in competence.

F	Franz Doktor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach tw. sehr unangenehmes Personal 1) Für harmlose Produkte wird man gefragt, wofür man es braucht 2) Rezept anscheinend nicht mehr gültig und eunfach einkassiert Das Sortiment und Gestaltung des Shops isz soweit ok, aber aufgrund der Verkäuferinnen gehe ich da nicht mehr hin. Man kommt sich vor hier wie bei einem misstrauischen Verhör. Mein Freund fährt sofort 20:15 los zur Apotheke mit Nachtdienst,...kein Mensch da....er ruft an und der Herr sagt ihm ob ihm schon bewusst ist, dass das ein medizinischer Notdienst ist und wir sollen doch bis zum nächsten Tag warten..nach minutenlang Diskussion erklärt der Diensthabende Apotheker, das er eine halbe Stunde zur Apotheke braucht??!!!?? UNTER JEDER KRITIK!! We have never experienced anything like it, our youngest discovered lice in the evening, panicking, howling and afraid. Habe schon dutzende Corona Tests hinter mir und bis auf ein unangenehmes Kitzeln spürt man auch grundsätzlich nichts. Hier hat es allerdings stark geschmerzt und kurz danach auch geblutet. Es wurde einfach nur irgendwie rumgefuchtelt mit dem Stäbchen in der Nase. Zudem hat die ältere Dame welche den Test abgenommen hat keinen geschulten Eindruck gemacht. Nicht zu empfehlen.
