A	Alice Spencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truely awful experience - it was after rush hour yet the service was disgraceful. The food arrived over an hour after we tried to order. It was cold when it arrived, some of it didn't arrive and when I went up to ask about this the waitress was exceedingly rude and told me to sit back down. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. (Update in reply to reaoonse) - the so called young waitress who I was rude to shouted at me and my family to sit down on two occasions - once when we were trying to resolve the issue of our food and the other time WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO PAY! As a meabhair atá siad...! Also, I know you're not McDonald's, but at least in McDonald's the waitress wouldn't verbally abuse you for raising an issue, maybe you should consider getting some advice from them? They have a much better all round show going on - kind staff and hot food. And I most certainly will be avoiding The Sonnalm like the plague! Don't think that I will be as stupid to go back. It's such a shame that a restaurant with so much potential locationwise is so disappointing.

S	Sander Clerick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and sunny terrace. Great views of the skiing slope passing by. Nicely decorated authentic interior. Food has a good price-quality ratio, dishes with fries automatically come with both ketchup and mayonnaise. Nice big lemon wedge with the Wiener schnitzel!
