Zwei tage vor Weihnachten wurde trotz Rezept und vorhandenem liegegips darauf bestanden nur 5 Thrombose Spritzen zu vergeben, somit man am weihnachtsfeiertag zum Notdienst musste. (Natürlich sehr toll mit einem Gips bis zur Hüfte, auch der Arzt war sichtlich genervt von der Apotheke) nach Nachfrage beim Arzt (da auf dem Rezept keine Stückanzahl stand) wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass man normal immer eine Packung mit 10 Spritzen bekommt, was uns dann in einer anderen Apotheke auch bestätigt wurde. Etwas soziale Kompetenz und Hausverstand sollte in einer Apotheke schon vorhanden sein. Very, very unfriendly. Two days before Christmas, despite the prescription and the existing plaster of Paris, they insisted that only 5 thrombosis injections be given, so they had to go to the emergency service on Christmas Day. (Of course, very great with a cast up to the hip, the doctor was visibly annoyed by the pharmacy) after asking the doctor (since there was no number on the prescription) we were told that you normally always get a pack of 10 syringes, which was then confirmed to us in another pharmacy. Some social skills and common sense should already be present in a pharmacy.

Und ich habe nie das Gefühl gehabt, dass diese spezifische Apotheke aus wirtschaftlichen Interessen uns Kunden etwas ‚andrehen‘ wollten, weshalb ich die dazu gehörige Rezension definitiv zurückweisen muss. Abstandsregeln und Maskenpflicht wird eingehalten, was will man mehr? Tip top und auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert! So far I have only had good experience. You were given competent advice if the doctor's handwriting was illegible again. And I've never had the feeling that this specific pharmacy wanted to 'sell' something for us customers out of economic interests, which is why I definitely have to reject the corresponding review. Distance rules and mask requirement are observed, what more could you want? Tip top and definitely worth a visit!

Toller Service, Vielen Dank ! Prescription was sent by fax! Too lazy to look. "You are logged off from ELGA, I can not see anything on the e - card" Therefore also transmitted by fax! T	Theo Fox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weis nicht warum sich jeder über die Apotheke aufregt, ich holle dort oft meine Medikamente und bis jetzt gabs keine probleme, weder waren die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, noch inkompetent, hat eigentlich immer gepasst so weit :) I don't know why everyone is upset about the pharmacy, I often get my medication there and so far there have been no problems, neither were the employees unfriendly nor incompetent, it has always worked so far :)
D	Dunja Feichtner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort und habe mit bankomat bezahlt und die ältere dame meinte sie weiss jetzt nicht ob es funktioniert hat.dann haben wir 20min.warten müssen weil sie zu dritt rumtelefoniert haben und auch nicht mal entschuldigung auch nicht mal auf wiedrrsehen.also sowas habe ich no nie erle t.da kommt ja der zettel raus und steht oben bezahlt.und sowas sind pharmazeuten,mitn hausverstand happerts und unhöflich noch dazu,war ja nicht mein fehler.zum schluss ist eine jüngere,dunklere haare draufgekommen,dass es bezahlt ist .peinlich und unsinnige warterei????,die war übrigens genauso unfreundlich????... Was there today and paid with an ATM and the older lady said she doesn't know if it worked. Then we had to wait 20 minutes because the three of them called around and didn't even apologize no never erle t.the note comes out and says paid at the top.and things like that are pharmacists, with common sense happert and rude at that,wasn't my fault.in the end a younger, darker hair figured out that it was paid for. embarrassing and pointless waiting????, she was just as unfriendly by the way????...
