Ansonsten war die Mitarbeiterin freundlich. Preise eher hoch. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong product (children's version instead of adult version) although I specifically asked for the adult version! Otherwise the employee was friendly. Doch letztens wurde ich sehr sehr unfreundlich und sehr aroganar behandelt nur weil mir das Rezept in der Mitte gerissen ist man hat alles lesen können nund hat es nur kleben müssen mit tixo. Dann wirde ich von einer angestAngest angepflumpt auf letzte das ist wie ein Dokument zu behandeln sie will eine handynummer für die Kankenkasse. Dann hat sie mir sehr unhöfflich erklärt wie das Medikament ein zu nehmen ist und jch habe gesgat ja das weiß ich und sie würde noch unhöflicher. Also ich gehe nicht mehr da hin weil ich habe mich höflichst entschuldig für das und wurde aufs letzte behandelb sowas macht man nicht mit kunden jeder kann sowas passieren, und ich finde so muss es nicht seins. Actually my regular pharmacy ate. But lately I was treated very very unfriendly and very aroganar only because the recipe was torn in the middle. You could read everything and just had to stick it with tixo. Dafür habe ich das Bild im Internet gesucht und der Dame, die mich bedient hat, gezeigt. Auf die Frage "Haben Sie diese Salbe?" antwortete Sie "Na, des is a deitsche", danach fragte ich, ob Sie zufällig etwas mit dem gleichen Wirkstoff hätten, worauf sie dann "Na, eher nit" sagte. In der Apotheke 300 m. weiter bekam ich nicht nur die Möglichkeit, die Salbe zu bestellen, sondern auch wirkungsähnliche Produkte angeboten.
