Von dieser Plattform ist aus ua Gründen wahrlich abzuraten. Veraltetes System: Verträge bzw. Anmietungen können nur mit einem Papiervertrag abgeschlossen werden. Insgesamt sind 5 Seiten auszudrucken, was sich im Vergleich zu einer App als sehr unflexibel erweist. Eine modernisierte Software ist heutzutage nicht sehr kostenintensiv und wäre in Anbetracht der Provision, die sich CS247 einbehält zweifelsohne zu finanzieren. Kein tatsächlicher Vermieterschutz: Bei Problemen mit Mietern (keine Abgeltung von Mehrkilometern) wird auf das Bewertungssystem verwiesen. Die Plattformbetreiber selbst haben keine wirksame Handhabe gegen Betrüger und unzuverlässige Mieter. Support: Kein persönlicher oder telefonischer Kontakt möglich - Nur per Mail erreichbar! Bei akuten Problemen besteht keine Möglichkeit der Unterstützung (z.B. Mieter retourniert das Fahrzeug nicht, Unfall, Schäden, etc.). Allgemein: Mir scheint so als würden sich auf CS247 lediglich jene Mieter und Vermieter herumtreiben, die auf anderen seriösen Plattformen wie Drivy bereits aufgrund ihres Verhaltens gesperrt wurden bzw. nur auf dieser Plattform so unprofessionell, teils betrügerisch vorgehen können. Zudem befinden sich auf der Plattform unzählige Einträge, die nicht mehr aktuell sind und quasi Karteileichen darstellen. Meine Beobachtungen basieren auf einem Zeitraum von 3 Monaten, wobei es bei allen Anmietungsanfragen und einer tatsächlichen Vermietungen zu Problemen kam. (Stornierungen, Falschangaben, nicht Einhalten von Vermietungsbedingungen - wobei das unseriöse Vorgehen meist ohne Konsequenz bleibt) Summa summarum handelt es sich bei CS247 meiner Meinung nach um eine äußerst unprofessionelle Carsharing-Plattform, die wohl das Machwerk von wirtschaftlichen sowie technischen Dilettanten darstellt.

The platform operators themselves have no effective means against fraudsters and unreliable tenants. Support: No personal or telephone contact possible - only available by email! In the case of acute problems, there is no possibility of support (e.g. the renter does not return the vehicle, accident, damage, etc.). General: It seems to me as if only those tenants and landlords hang around on CS247 who have already been blocked on other reputable platforms such as Drivy due to their behavior or can only proceed so unprofessionally, sometimes fraudulently, on this platform. In addition, there are countless entries on the platform that are no longer up-to-date and that are more or less non-filing. My observations are based on a period of 3 months, with problems with all rental inquiries and an actual rental. (Cancellations, false information, failure to comply with rental conditions - although the dubious procedure usually remains without consequence) All in all, in my opinion, the CS247 is an extremely unprofessional car sharing platform, which is probably the work of economic and technical amateurs.

Ich benutze carsharing247 seit 5 Monaten als Vermieter. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit der Vermietung und kann mir die Mieter selbst aussuchen. Da mein Auto meistens sinnlos in der Stadt rumsteht, ist das eine recht gute Möglichkeit mir was dazu zu verdienen.

I have been using carsharing247 for 5 months as a landlord. I have never had any problems with the rental and can choose the tenants myself. Since my car is mostly useless in the city, that's a pretty good opportunity for me to earn something.
