When your own combustion vehicles are parked in the charging station parking lots, that says a lot. I am happy to send you a photo.

Die TIM-Hotline ist zur meisten Zeit nicht erreichbar (dauernd besetzt), Unfälle oder eine Unmögliche Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs aufgrund Falschparker an TIM-Stellplätzen können somit nicht gemeldet werden! Auch sind die meisten Autos immer belegt, sodass 7 Euro im Monat auch nicht Gerechtfertigt sind... Bad customer service, small fleet! The TIM hotline is mostly unavailable (permanently manned), so accidents or an impossible return of the vehicle due to incorrect parking at TIM parking spaces cannot be reported! Most of the cars are always occupied, so 7 euros a month are not justified ...

Die Preise sind super, Tanken ist inclusive, falls man doch Tanken muß bekommt man das Geld zurück. Echt eine super Sache, man braucht kein eigenes Auto mehr. Very informative phone call, staff was friendly and helpful, all my questions were answered. I will become a member here. The prices are great, refueling is included, if you have to refuel you get the money back. Really a great thing, you no longer need your own car.

Es ist einfach cool, kein eigenes Auto mehr haben zu müssen. I think TIM is good. I always find a vehicle in my immediate vicinity, the cars are in good condition. It's just cool not having to have your own car anymore.

Sehr unfreundlich trocken fast schon frech in der Art. Als es dann um den Termin sagte man sehr unmotiviert in einem Monat was anderes ginge nicht. Also Leute ernsthaft man soll jetzt 5 Wochen darauf warten bis man das Auto nutzen kann und das nur für ein paar Stunden???? Es ist einfach nur lächerlich ich hoffe das es bald aus ist ich wünsche es mir weil sowas kann man nicht brauchen.....GANZ SCHLECHT!!!!!!!!! Bad, just very bad, registered us because everything is so easy. It took a week and no response until we called there afterwards. Very unfriendly, dry, almost cheeky in style. When it came to the appointment they said, very unmotivated, something else would not be possible in a month. So seriously folks, you should now wait 5 weeks until you can use the car and only for a few hours ???? It's just ridiculous, I hope it's over soon, I wish it because you can't use that ..... VERY BAD !!!!!!!!!
E	Eveline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetent, unfreundlich und unseriös. Selbstbehalt nach Unfall wird ohne Stellungnahme vom Konto abgebucht, was Abwicklung mit der Haftpflicht immens erschwert. Extrem unfreundliches Servicepersonal. Höflichkeit ist hier ein Fremdwort. Incompetent, rude and dishonest. The deductible after an accident is deducted from the account without comment, which makes it extremely difficult to deal with liability insurance. Extremely unfriendly service staff. Politeness is a foreign word here.
