N	N D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es nicht in Ordnung das man jedes Mal 15 min Ladezeit selber bezahlt. Man bucht 30 min aber bezahlt 45 min, das bedeutet auch das die Tarif angaben irreführend sind. Werde meine Bewertung erst dann ändern, wenn ich das bezahle was ich auch benutze. I don't think it's okay that you pay for 15 min charging time yourself every time. You book 30 minutes but pay 45 minutes, which also means that the tariff information is misleading. Will not change my rating until I pay for what I use.

Bisher fand man den Hinweis auf unserer Homepage und in den Nutzungsbedingungen. Wir haben den Hinweis nun auch auf unserem Flyer und nochmals eindeutiger auf der Homepage platziert. Wir versuchen stehts unsere Tarife so transparent wie möglich zu gestalten, leider war die vorgelagerte Ladezeit wohl zu wenig sichtbar angebracht. Die Ladezeit dient hauptsächlich dem Zweck, dass Sie stehts ein Fahrzeug mit zumindest 60-70 Kilometer Restreichweite vorfinden. So far one found the reference on our homepage and in the conditions of use. We have now placed the note on our flyer and even more clearly on the homepage. We try to make our tariffs as transparent as possible, unfortunately the upstream charging time was probably too little visible.
