★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel nearby the city center. Rooms rather small, specially the bath room. Not super clean, but it was okay. Overall we had a nice stay (due to the location of the hotel and the friendly staff).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - right tear the city center (5 - 10 minutes walking) but not overcrouded.
"Billa" and "Spar" markets are very near to the hotel as well as some vety good places to drink - I suggest Soosser restaurant for local food, bear and wine and Vinifero Weinbar for wine and snacks.
Clean rooms, very good breakfasts. The only thing we were not satisfied with - there was no shoe spoon in the room :).
Maybe not a 4 star hotel buy honest ***+. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, reasonably priced, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful especially the night porter saba, he was very helpful with everything from start to finish. If I was visiting Vienna again I would definitely stay here again ?

Such generosity and kindness were very heartwarming and made our stay in Vienna so much better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sufficient info before arrival, fast and effective check-in / out, very polite staff on reception, as well as in the bar, bar is convenient, sortiment is also fine...the only point to improve is - still - the wifi connection, still rather complicated to connect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Vienna with my mom for 5 days and the hotel was really cool, very clean and top level room , our room was upgraded compare to our reservation, personnel was vey nice, gentle, especially the person dealing with breakfeast buffet (great !!) .If you have a question or a request they try to offer a solution for you (microwaving my dish for the evening !).The hotel is at 10 minutes of central
pedestrian zone , and there's a SPAR, a Thai take away a VERY good Italian restaurant with incredible pizzas, really a very nice place to book your hotel !! A +++
