Ein Tag später, die Schuhe passen nicht, und was bekommen wir: einen Gutschein. Ich bin äußerst verärgert. When buying the shoes, my wife literally asked me if she would get the money back if the daughter's shoes didn't fit. That was confirmed to her. One day later, the shoes don't fit, and what do we get: a voucher. I am extremely upset.

Wir hätten uns, nachdem wir das Paar, das wir kaufen wollten, gefunden hatten, ganz gern auch einfach so, allein ein bisschen umgeschaut, ohne bei jedem Schuh gleich erzählt zu bekommen wie toll der ist und warum. Man musste nur irgendetwas schief anschauen und schon wurde versucht es einem zu verkaufen. Das fand ich ein bisschen zu viel des Guten. Wir wollten halt auch nicht unfreundlich sein... Aber deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Sonst alles super. The shoes are of course great. The advice was good in itself, but almost a bit too "motivated". After we had found the pair we wanted to buy, we would have loved to have looked around a little on our own, without being told how great each shoe is and why. You just had to look at something wrong and there was an attempt to sell it to you. I thought that was a bit too much of a good thing. We didn't want to be unfriendly either ... But that's why a star deduction. Otherwise everything was great.
