M	Michael Dvorak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich ca 20 Jahre selbst im Verkauf war, kann ich ungefähr einschätzen, wie ein Kundenorientiertes Geschäft zu betreiben ist. Der Umsatz generiert das Gehalt. Es fangt damit an das ich jeden Kunde wahr nehme. (verbal und non verbal). Im optimalfall wird noch als addon ein falls sie ein frage haben, bin ich gerne für sie da. Das weckt beim Kunden unterbewußt das Gefühl, ich werde gesehen aber nicht gleich überfallen, sondern kann mich in ruhe umsehen. Am besten funktioniert es wenn die Mitarbeiter verteilt im Geschäft zu finden sind. Nur so nebenbei ich wollte heute mir air Jordan 1 low, af1 und retro holen evetuell auch pg5. Nun zum Shop positiv groß geräumig, hell, gutes Sortiment und ausreichend Personal (5 Mitarbeiter) Negativ ich war ca 20 Minuten im Store kein einziger Mitarbeiter hat mich war genommen..kann aber auch daran liegen das 2 Mitarbeiter bei den Herren Sneaker getratscht haben, 2 Mitarbeiter sich hinter der Kassa versteckt haben und getratscht und der letzte hat in der zwischenzeit air jordan 1 diy geschnürt...ich habe echt kurzfristig uberlegt ob ich Ware im hinteren Verkaufsraum komplett anders umsortiere. Gestört hätte es keinen, weil ich ja sowieso nicht gesehen wurde.. andereseits investiere ich die Zeit liebe in was sinnvolles und lasse auch daran teilhaben. Ich will ja nicht fronten aber ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt und vielleicht solltet ihr mal ein Verkaufs Seminar besuchen Since I've been in sales myself for about 20 years, I can roughly estimate how a customer-oriented business should be run. The turnover generates the salary. It starts with the fact that I perceive every customer. (verbal and non-verbal). Ideally, an add-on will be added. If you have a question, I'm happy to be there for you. This subconsciously awakens the feeling in the customer that I am not being seen but attacked, but can look around in peace. It works best when the employees are spread across the shop. Just by the way I wanted to get air Jordan 1 low, af1 and retro today, possibly also pg5. Now to the shop positive, large, spacious, bright, good assortment and sufficient staff (5 employees) negative I was in the store for about 20 minutes not a single employee took me away ... but it could also be because 2 employees gossiped at the men's sneakers, 2 employees hid behind the cash register and gossiped and the last one has laced air jordan 1 diy in the meantime ... I really thought at short notice whether I should rearrange goods completely differently in the rear sales room. It wouldn't have bothered anyone, because I wasn't seen anyway .. on the other hand, I love to invest the time in something meaningful and also share it. I don't want to front but I didn't feel comfortable and maybe you should attend a sales seminar

War gerade an der Kasse,hat sich ein Kunde vorgedrungen und die Kassiererin meinte ist doch egal jeder wird mal drankommen und hat beinhart weitergemacht.kein sorry kein nix. Sehr qualifizierte Mitarbeiter SNIPES bravo 03.04.2022 ca. 17 Very unfriendly staff. Was just at the checkout, a customer pushed his way forward and the cashier said it doesn't matter, everyone will have a turn and went on as hard as they could. No sorry, no nothing. Very qualified employees SNIPES bravo 04/03/2022 approx. 17
