Auch Baby's erste Möbel und sogar Windeln, Flächen und alles was die neuen Eltern brauchen zu normalen Preisen. Aber natürlich, billiger könnte es überall sein. Das Geschäft ist im gleichen Gebäude wie der Sutterlütty. Ein Parkhaus ist auch vorhanden. Super business. Lots of games / puzzles / reading for indoors and outdoors for young and old. Also baby's first furniture and even diapers, surfaces and everything the new parents need at normal prices. But of course, it could be cheaper anywhere. The shop is in the same building as Sutterlütty. A parking garage is also available.
S	Sandra Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein Radio und ein elektrisches Moped am selben Tag gekauft. Das Moped lies sich 5x aufladen danach funktionierte es nicht mehr. Der Radio ging ca ein halbe Jahr. Danach lies er sich nur noch einschalten aber nicht mehr bedienen. Telefonisch wurde mir gesagt, ich könne mich erst wieder nach dem Lockdown direkt an das Geschäft wenden. Als wir dann dort waren, sagte man mir mit einem besserwisserischen Grinsen, dass auf alles nur 6 Monate Gewährleistung sei und dass man da halt schon selber schuld sei wenn man diese Sachen nicht richtig laden würde. Wir könnten es nur mal vorbeibringen dann würde sich das der Techniker anschauen und dann müssten wir dafür eben was bezahlen. Sorry aber für das Geld könnte man sich ein wenig mehr Gegenleistung erwarten. Der Akku des Radios kann auch nicht kaputt sein, da er ja funktioniert aber nicht reagiert. Enttäuschung pur! When we were there, I was told with a know-it-all grin that everything was only guaranteed for 6 months and that it was your own fault if you didn't charge these things properly. We could just bring it over, the technician would take a look at it and then we would have to pay something for it. Sorry but for the money you could expect a little more in return. The battery of the radio cannot be defective either, since it works but does not respond. Pure disappointment!
A	Andrea Wohlgenannt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute mit meinen Kindern ein Geburtstagsgeschenk kaufen, nachdem ich den QR-Code von meinem - wohlgemerkt grün freigeschalteten - Grünen Pass zum Scannen bereithielt wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dieser nicht gültig sei, dann wurde ich des Geschäftes verwiesen. Ich schickte meine Kinder alleine einkaufen! Als ich ihnen dann das Geld über die Kasse reichte wurde ich angeschnauzt ich solle das Geschäft verlassen, wie sollen meine Kinder ohne Geld bezahlen? Nachdem ich meinen grünen Pass bei der Servicestelle am Marktplatz kontrollieren ließ und dieser natürlich gültig war bin ich zurück zum Smyth Toys und habe den Kontrolleur gebeten diesen QR Code vor meinen Augen nochmal zu scannen und siehe da, er war gültig! Kein Wunder wenn die Leute lieber online einkaufen wenn man vor Ort so behandelt wird! Today I wanted to buy a birthday present with my children, after I had the QR code from my Green Passport ready to be scanned, I was told that it was not valid, and then I was expelled from the shop. I sent my kids shopping alone! When I handed them the money through the cash register, I was snapped at to leave the store, how are my children supposed to pay without money? After I had my green passport checked at the service point on the market square and it was of course valid, I went back to Smyth Toys and asked the inspector to scan this QR code again in front of me and lo and behold, it was valid! No wonder people prefer to shop online when you're treated like that locally!
