Angekommen musste ich feststellen, dass der Shop dunkel und bereits geschlossen war. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn mir jemand vorab bescheid gesagt hätte, dass der Termin nicht stattfindet. Mich wird Haarfrei Laser nie wieder sehen. Am Rande sei auch angemerkt, dass der Shop von außen sehr schmutzig aussieht....könnte mal eine Grundreinigung vertragen. I had booked an appointment for Saturday through Treatwell and came specially from Lower Austria. When I arrived I had to find that the shop was dark and already closed. It would have been nice if someone had told me in advance that the appointment would not take place. Hair-free laser will never see me again. As an aside, it should also be noted that the shop looks very dirty from the outside ... could use a thorough cleaning.
