L'appartamento non è come nelle foto dell'annuncio: era sporco, la doccia puzzava di fumo, i letti non erano per niente stabili (doghe rotte e scricchiolanti) e avevano capelli sulle lenzuola. C'erano pochissime stoviglie e quelle che c'erano erano sporche e incrostate. Nel frigo c'era tanto ghiaccio che congelava di conseguenza anche il cibo. Ci è stato detto che c'erano asciugamani adeguati ma ce n'era solo uno piccolino (a testa). Le tende erano poco coprenti e una era rotta (non si poteva chiudere) e c'erano buchi nel muro non riparati (con dentro i cavi elettrici). terribile. Partiamo dall'inizio: non era chiaro dove bisognasse fare il check in, in quanto nella mail che ci era stata mandata non era spiegato chiaramente e nessuno ci ha accolto. Vivere in quell'appartamento è stato un incubo. Per prima cosa era tutto sporco, ogni angolo era ricoperto di polvere. In cucina c'erano pochissime stoviglie e quelle poche che c'erano erano incrostate. Il frigorifero era completamente ghiacciato, di conseguenza, il cibo si congelava. La doccia puzzava di fumo, infatti ci è stato impossibile lavarci per 4 GIORNI. I letti erano scomodissimi e rotti: ci è capitato più volte che ci sedessimo sul letto e che le doghe crollassero. Ovviamente ogni movimento era uno scricchiolio. Il muro aveva diversi buchi, non riparati e con i cavi elettrici a vista. Abbiamo scritto queste lamentele al proprietario, lui ci ha risposto dicendoci che era il più economico di Vienna e che se non ci piaceva, potevamo andarcene. Comprendo il fatto di essere molto economico.. ma credo che per poter affittare ci debba essere un minimo di igiene e pulizia. Booking, dovresti toglierlo dal tuo sito, ci fai brutta figura. Living in that apartment was a nightmare. First of all it was all dirty, every corner was covered with dust. There were very few dishes in the kitchen and the few that were there were encrusted. The refrigerator was completely frozen, as a result, the food froze. The shower stank of smoke, in fact it was impossible for us to wash for 4 DAYS. The beds were very uncomfortable and broken: it happened several times that we sat on the bed and the slats collapsed. Of course, every movement was a creak. The wall had several holes, not repaired and with exposed electrical cables. We wrote these complaints to the owner, he replied telling us that it was the cheapest in Vienna and that if we didn't like it, we could leave. I understand that it is very cheap .. but I believe that in order to rent there must be a minimum of hygiene and cleanliness. Booking, you should remove it from your site, you look bad on it.

D	Dario Angelo Manna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had in my life: dirty flat, with mould and a strong smell in all rooms, unusable kitchen and fridge, the bathroom sink (really tiny) is not in the bathroom but in the kitchen, dirty sheets and towels, chairs full of dust. In addition, the flat is located in a dilapidated building, with dirt and chaos both in the entrance hall and on the stairs. No sign outside the building to identify the flat, no name on the outside intercom. I had to call the owner three times before I got an answer and was told that I would have to pick up the keys to the flat from a nearby beauty shop. So no trace of the owner, absolutely no reception. Everything was completely different from the description and photos published. All these negative things led me and my partner to leave the flat after 10 minutes, even though we had already paid, and to look for a new accommodation. Absolutely not recommended, Vienna does not deserve such a place.
