★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung ist ca. 54m² groß und wurde 2015 umgebaut. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Fernseher, eine Wohnküche mit Fernseher, ein WC und eine Dusche mit WC.
Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine Aussentreppe in den ersten Stock.
Das Haus steht im Zentrum von Kirchberg. Schiwiese, Sportgeschäfte, Schischulen, Bushaltestelle zur Fleckalmbahn, alles ist direkt vor dem Haus. Andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Im Winter brauchen Sie kein Auto während des Urlaubs, da Sie mit den Schibussen von allen Talabfahrten wieder bis vor's Haus gebracht werden.
Im Sommer ist der Badesee ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus ist aber auch ein Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Bergwanderungen.
Der nächste Golfplatz ist ca. 4km entfernt
(GC Kitzbühel Schwarzsee). 3 Weitere Golfplätze sind in Kitzbühel.
The apartment is approx. 54m² and was rebuilt in 2015. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a television, a kitchen-living room with television, a toilet and a shower with toilet.
It has its own entrance via an outside staircase to the first floor.
The house is in the center of Kirchberg. Ski meadow, sports shops, ski schools, bus stop to the Fleckalmbahn, everything is right in front of the house. Other shops can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
In winter you don't need a car during your holiday, as the ski buses will bring you back to the house from all valley runs.
In summer the lake is about 7 minutes walk away. The house is also an ideal starting point for cycling and mountain hikes.
The next golf course is approx. 4km away
(GC Kitzbühel Schwarzsee). 3 more golf courses are in Kitzbühel.
