C	Chris Crozz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ausgeliehenen Ski waren top Qualität und das Personal sehr nett. Die Ski waren so scharf, dass man ein Steak damit hätte schneiden können :D. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kurze Weg zur Seilbahn. The rented skis were top quality and the staff was very nice. The skis were so sharp you could have cut a steak with them: D. We recommend. Another plus point is the short way to the cable car.

L	Lisa Angermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein Snowboard zum Aufbereiten abgegeben. Die Mitarbeiterin empfahl mir den TOP Service für 39,00 Euro. Den habe ich auch bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag habe ich mein Snowboard abgeholt. Das Snowboard wurde durch die Maschine aufbereitet. Allerdings wurde der Belag nicht ausgebessert und mein Snowboard war dreckiger als vorher. Der Mitarbeiter bot mir ein Ausbessern des Belags an oder eine Erstattung von 7 Euro. Ich habe mich für das Ausbessern des Belages entschieden. Mir gefiel leider auch nicht, dass zum Ausbessern schwarzes Wachs genommen wurde. Schade um das schöne Design im Belag. Ich habe eine bessere Lösung erwartet. I handed in my snowboard for processing. The employee recommended the TOP service for 39.00 euros. I paid for that too. The next day I picked up my snowboard. The snowboard was processed by the machine. However, the surface was not repaired and my snowboard was dirtier than before. The employee offered me a repair of the covering or a refund of 7 euros. I decided to repair the lining. Unfortunately, I also didn't like the fact that black wax was used for repairs. It's a shame about the beautiful design in the rubber. I expected a better solution.

Durch eine tolle Beratung und ein wenig Hand anlegen durch Wärmen und Dehnen des Schuhs an den richtigen Stellen hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter Markus es dann geschafft, mir meinen Skitag zu retten. Hier wird Service noch groß geschrieben. Danke und weiter so!!!! I was so tormented by my ski boots that I would have been ready to buy new ones right away. With great advice and a little helping hand by warming and stretching the shoe in the right places, the friendly employee Markus managed to save my day of skiing. Service is still very important here. Thanks and keep it up !!!!

I got snowboard lessons from Naila and Juan, they were super friendly and helped everyone really well to learn snowboarding. Definitely would recommend everyone to take lessons by this ski- and snowboardschool! :)
