Diese Reaktion auf meine BESCHWERDE MÖCHTE ICH ALS absolut GUTEN KUNDENSERVICE erwähnen und die Bewertung des SERVICE GERNE auf 5 STERNE revidieren . Als FAZIT möchte ich mich als zufriedene KUNDIN von SIXT AUTOVERMIETUNG bezeichnen da es sich in meinem Fall wohl um einen Eingabefehler in den Systemen handelte. Meine Kritik lautete ursprünglich wie folgt Unverständliche Regelungen um den Vertrag eines Leihwagens um 2 Tage zu verlängern . Der Mietpreis hat sich von 480.- € auf 1.600.- €, erhöht. Ich werde auf dem Kulanzweg versuchen eine akzeblable Regelung herbeizuführen ansonszen war es für mich die letzte Buchung bei Sixt und ich bin fest entschlossen eine Schadensersatzforderung gerichtlich zu betreiben IN CONNECTION WITH THE "SETTLEMENT" I originally described, I was able to DETECT a refund from the SIXT COMPANY on my account. I would like to mention this reaction to my COMPLAINT as absolutely GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and would be happy to revise the rating of the SERVICE to 5 STARS. As a CONCLUSION I would like to describe myself as a satisfied CUSTOMER of SIXT AUTOVERMIETUNG because in my case it was probably an input error in the systems. My review was originally as follows Incomprehensible regulations to extend the rental car contract by 2 days. The rental price has increased from € 480 to € 1,600. As a goodwill gesture, I will try to bring about an acceptable settlement, otherwise it was my last booking with Sixt and I am determined to pursue a claim for damages in court

Von uns wurden vor Inbetriebnahme des öfteren Fotos gemacht und jedesmal wurde festgestellt, dass der Schaden schon vorher bestand. Zudem werden nicht besprochene Vollkaskoversicherungen und sonstige "Upgrates" in den Mietvertrag eingebaut. Achtung! Mietverträge ganau durchlesen! Sixt (Villach) charges customers with a € 800 deductible because they discover alleged damage. We often took photos of us before commissioning and each time it was determined that the damage had already existed beforehand. In addition, fully comprehensive insurance and other "upgrades" that have not been discussed are incorporated into the rental agreement. Caution! Read rental agreements carefully!
