Hatten Samstag Abend in einem Bergdorf eine Reifenpanne. Um 20:30 hat Firma Rot unser Auto noch abgeholt, in die Werkstatt gebracht und den Reifen gewechselt. 21:45 konnten wir schon weiter fahren.
Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service außer der Reihe.

Had a flat tire in a mountain village on Saturday evening. At 8:30 p.m., the Rot company picked up our car, brought it to the workshop and changed the tire. At 21:45 we were able to drive on.
Thank you for this great out of turn service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our holiday we had probems with the ventilation/airco in our Renault Scenic. We went to Auto Roth for a diagnose and were treated badly. After they discovered the problem they made us an offer; it would cost us € 450,-- to repair it. We agreed and after we have been waiting 4 hours for the diagnose and a rental car we went back to our hotel. We just arrived when we got a call that they found another cause and that would cost us € 600,--. We had the feeling they were just trying how far they could go and decided to get the car back without repair. We had to pay € 182,-- for the diagnose.
Back home we went to the Renault dealer; our feeling was right. The diagnose Auto Roth made was wrong and the reparation costs were € 218,-- in total. So tourists: don't go to this garage, they just try to get as much money from you as they can get!!
