H	Henry Welisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine dringende Zustellung erwartet. Der LKW Fahrer ruft schlecht gelaunt an und beschwert sich über ein Fahrzeug welches ihm den Weg versperrt. An die Zustelladresse kann man jedoch von 2 Seiten zufahren. Der Fahrer meinte ist nicht sein Problem er bringt das Gerät ins Lager zurück. Auch ein Anruf bei Bexity konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Keine Zustellung und kein Rückruf. Schlechter Service! Was expecting an urgent delivery. The truck driver calls in a bad mood and complains about a vehicle that is blocking his way. However, you can approach the delivery address from 2 sides. The driver said it wasn't his problem, he was bringing the device back to the warehouse. Even a call to Bexity could not solve the problem. No delivery and no recall. Bad service!

Nun haben wir eine Lieferung vom Bauhaus im Carport stehen, da der Fahrer sagte es wäre ein Paket aus Italien und wir dachten die Cousine meines Mannes hätte was geschickt. Da weiß die rechte Hand nicht was die linke tut. Falls es nun hagelt und ich mit meinen Auto nicht ins Carport kann.... No delivery date agreed and incorrect information about the sender of the package! Now we have a delivery from the Bauhaus in the carport because the driver said it was a package from Italy and we thought my husband's cousin had sent something. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. In case it hails and I can't get into the carport with my car ...
A	A P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel erlebt als Unternehmer im Handel aber sowas war mehr als lachhaft! Lieferung 2-4 Werktage. Habe > 2 Wochen gewartet, na gut. FIXTERMIN am Vortag telefonisch vereinbart. Am Liefertag werde ich um 8 Uhr morgens angerufen ich solle einen Spezial-Gabelstapler besorgen, weil die Palette 2m Breit ist. 3 STUNDEN VOR LIEFERUNG!!! Der Disponent am Telefon das Arroganteste was mir unter die Ohren gekommen ist in den letzten Jahren. Sein Problem sei das nicht, er schicke die Ware sonst retour zurück. Anzumerken, die Ware lag über 1 Woche im Lager und wurde mir einfach nicht ausgeliefert. Ich also die erste Palette empfangen, die zweite 2m Palette die so Problematisch war sollte dann laut Aussage der Lieferanten in 2 Stunden antreffen. Nach 4 Stunden rief ich an und fragte nach wo das Paket bleibt. Der Kollege hätte gesagt ich würde 30 km bis nach Villach zu denen ins Lager kommen und die Palette eigenständig umladen?! Einfach eine verlogene, ausgedachte Behauptung. Ich stand also da, mit einem Gabelstapler der gemietet war für den Tag, Stress, Geld & Nerven an dem Tag verbraucht. Für nichts! Am nächsten Tag wurde dann die Palette geliefert und wir haben Sie in 15 Min. ausgeladen. Ohne Gabelstapler! Kommunikation zwischen disponenten und Lieferanten nicht vorhanden! Zumindest war der Lieferant ein angenehmer Geselle. Mein Fazit: LASST DIE FINGER VON DIESEM DIENSTLEISTER. Experienced a lot as an entrepreneur in retail but that was more than laughable! Delivery 2-4 working days. Have waited> 2 weeks, okay. FIXED DATE agreed by phone the day before. On the delivery day I am called at 8 a.m. to get a special forklift because the pallet is 2m wide. 3 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY !!! The dispatcher on the phone is the most arrogant thing that has come under my ears in recent years. That is not his problem, otherwise he will send the goods back. It should be noted that the goods had been in the warehouse for over 1 week and were simply not delivered to me. So I received the first pallet, the second 2m pallet, which was so problematic, should then arrive in 2 hours, according to the supplier. After 4 hours I called and asked where the package was. The colleague would have said I would come to their warehouse 30 km to Villach and reload the pallet on my own ?! Just a false, made-up claim. So I stood there with a forklift that was rented for the day, stress, money and nerves consumed that day. For nothing! The next day the pallet was delivered and we unloaded it in 15 minutes. Without a forklift! There is no communication between dispatchers and suppliers! At least the supplier was a pleasant companion. My conclusion: KEEP YOUR FINGERS OFF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
