From the first step in the hospital to leaving and the aftercare: all employees are very friendly, nice, hard-working, helpful and competent. Also in the operating area wonderfully cared for and looked after. Questions to doctors and nurses are patiently explained. Humanity comes first Job! Thank you very much!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einige Termine bei den Barmherzigen Schwestern und es wird bestimmt noch einige geben. Es ist wirklich JEDER sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wirklich gut behandelt, man wird gehört, man wird gefragt, man wird gesehen!! Hut ab vor diesem tollen Krankenhaus, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank dafür!!!
Had a few appointments with the Sisters of Mercy and I'm sure there will be more. EVERYONE is really very friendly and you feel really well treated, you are heard, you are asked, you are seen!! Hats off to this great hospital, you feel very well cared for. Thanks a lot for this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank all the staff for looking after me. I was terrified, spoke no German and was not expecting to be on the operating table whilst working in Vienna! You all saved my life and I will not forget this. Please pass on my thanks to everyone on the third floor for helping me through this, allowing my parents to visit me from London, and for speaking brilliant English. And thanks to Dr. Raquel (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) who performed the surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this hospital on Saturday or Sunday for emergency because they will make you feel guilty that you went for their help. They will even leave you for 4 hours sitting in a room without any treatment plan. It's not a good place if you are still young because these guys think that emergency pain only means you're 90 years old in heart attack. Very bad communication!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I gave a star, because I had an unpleasant experience. I felt very bad, I was coughing, I had fever, and the doctor recommended Mucosolvan only. But my mother-in-law and my husband were interned there and I am very pleased with how they were treated! one of the best hospitals in Vienna!
