 Waited for a doctor's appointment for 1 week with an operated shoulder and upon arrival I was told that the doctor had left because I was 5 minutes late. Incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termine nicht möglich, auch bei akuten Schmerzen nicht, aufgrund deren man bereits krankgeschrieben wurde. Auf die Frage ob es irgendeine andere Option geben würde, war die einzige Aussage der Sprechstunde 'Leider nicht' und es wurde aufgelegt.
Appointments not possible, even in the case of acute pain, on the basis of which you have already been on sick leave. When asked whether there would be any other option, the only statement made during the consultation was 'Unfortunately not' and the call was hung up.
