D	David R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei uns ist zum zweiten Mal die Tür zugefallen und wenn der Schlüssel dabei innen steckt, kommt man auch mit dem Ersatzschlüssel nicht rein. Bis zu diesem Nachteinsatz war das zumindest so. Der Fachmann hat die Tür aufgekriegt, den Türgucker repariert (andere mit Firma hatte mit Superkleber nachgeholfen, was den Einsatz erschwerte O_o) und uns dann den Zylinder getrennt. Die Teile dafür hatte er in seiner fahrenden Werkstatt gerade so dabei. Das heißt die Türe lässt sich jetzt mit dem Ersatzschlüssel aufsperren, auch wenn ein Schlüssel innen steckt. Das hat wiederum eine andere Forma die uns die Sicherheitstür eingebaut hat, dämlich verabsäumt. Wenn man diese Firma gleich für alles beauftragt spart man sich in Folge einfach Geld für weitere Einsätze. Danke nochmals für den großartigen Einsatz. The specialist opened the door, repaired the door watch (others with the company had helped with super glue, which made it difficult to use O_o) and then separated the cylinder. He just had the parts for it in his moving workshop. That means the door can now be unlocked with the spare key, even if there is a key inside. This in turn has another forma that has built the security door in, stupidly neglected. If you hire this company for everything right away, you simply save money for further assignments. Habe die am Telefon ausgemacht Pauschale bezahlt und es gab keine unangenehmen Überraschungen. Auf den Fall zu empfehlen. Very professional and competent. Da das Unternehmen zum Festpreis arbeitet braucht man auch keine Angst vor "bösen Überraschungen" haben, so wie das bei vielen anderen der Fall ist. Der Preis ist vergleichsweise wirklich günstig. Sehr empfehlenswert.? ??‍♂️??‍??➡️? ??‍♂️ Lang: Meine Wohnungstür ist zugefallen. Der Schlüssel steckte innen und mit dem Ersatzschlüssel, kam man nicht ins Schloss. Hab bei diesem Schlüsseldienst angerufen. Schon am Telefon wurde mir sehr überraschend ein Kostenvorschlag angeboten. Fachpersonal war nach einer Stunde hier und war sehr höflich. Vor Beginn wurde nochmal nachgefragt was passiert sei und mir wurden die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte erklärt. Die Arbeit erwies sich etwas erschwerter als gedacht und hätte eigentlich einen Aufpreis gekostet. Trotzdem wurde der versprochene Preis eingehalten. Ich hoffe ich muss nicht nochmal einen Schlüsseldienst anrufen, wenn doch dann diesen ;) Short: Very polite and professional staff. The door opened quickly. Price was kept and was fair. Highly recommended ??‍♂️??‍??➡️? ??‍♂️ Long: My apartment door has closed. The key was inside and with the spare key, you couldn't get into the lock. Called this locksmith. Surprisingly, I was offered a cost proposal on the phone. Technical staff was here after an hour and was very polite. Before the start, I was asked again what had happened and the individual work steps were explained to me. The work turned out to be a little more difficult than expected and would have actually cost extra. Nevertheless, the promised price was kept. I hope I don't have to call a locksmith again, if I do, then this one;)

Sie sagten, sie würden in 20-30 Minuten da sein, schließlich haben wir 1:15 gewartet. Keine Preisauskunft am Telefon, weil man sich das mal anschauen müsse. Dann hat der Herr einen hohen Preis genannt, weil es ja eine komplizierte Tür sei. Er hat sich einige Zeit abgemüht und die Tür nicht aufgebracht. Er hat sogar heftig gegen das Schloss geschlagen, was ja überhaupt keinen Sinn macht. Schließlich wollte er das Schloss Auffräsen und ein neues einbauen. Hätte wohl Richtung 1.000 Euro gekostet. Wir haben ihn wieder weggeschickt. Unfreundlich war er auch noch. Dann Herr Laszo Pal von Sigan & Brunner: Exakte Preisauskunft am Telefon (deutlich günstiger als der erste Schlüsseldienst), pünktlich nach den versprochenen 30 Monuten da, freundlich und das Schloss in 5 Minuten beschädigungsfrei geöffnet. Bravo, so sollte es sein! :-) First of all, we stupidly called a rip-off unlocking service: 0800 number, at the top of the Google search results.
