Beim WC gab es kein Problem, aber den Ventilator hatte sich der Techniker nicht wirklich angeschaut und so wurde zweimal ein unpassendes Modell gebracht - wenigstens beim zweiten Mal hätte er passen müssen! Ich habe wenig von Entschuldigungen, ich brauche ein passendes und funktionierendes Gerät!
I needed a toilet and a fan. There was no problem with the toilet, but the technician had not really looked at the fan and so an unsuitable model was brought twice - at least the second time, it should have fit! I have little excuse, I need a suitable and working device!
