MyKeys who showed up within the hour. He asked 220 euros to open the door as he described it is a double door and that's more expensive, even it was a regular work day afternoon. We settled for 180 euros which was outraging even for NY prices. It took him 30 seconds to open that door. The icing on the cake we wanted a receipt which he refused !!! As he said the tax wasn't included ! We are pursuing this case as the landlord has an insurance which covers. After researching the reviews which are excellent it came to our attention that there is not one Austrian name on the reviews with each of them with very short convenient comments !
