Mit mir definitiv einen fixen Neukunden gewonnen. Kann den Shop nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen (und das kommt von einem Rezensenten, der kritisch ist und viel Wert auf Service legt ;)).
 Excellent service, very friendly, courteous and competent advice as well as top quality of the products characterize the managing director and his shop. Definitely won a permanent new customer with me. Can only warmly recommend the shop to everyone (and that comes from a reviewer who is critical and values service ;)).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best Shisha Shop in Vienna. I have visited many of them, but here you get full experience since you enter the door. The whole place is so well visually decorated and very cosy. A large selection of different brands including also some of the most premium that you can probably find only here in Vienna. I personally bought just some accessories for my shisha, but their service was so helpful and generous. Store manager knows really much about shisha and it was really pleasure to chat with him and get some helpful advises and tips. I hope you will continue this way. :)
