Total angenehme Atmosphäre, unkompliziert und sehr kompetente Betreuung! Einfach top - kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen? I have been a loyal Shakti customer for several years (Shiatsu, yoga for pregnant women, regression with babies, Shiatsu with babies) and I am absolutely convinced. Totally pleasant atmosphere, uncomplicated and very competent support! Simply great - I can absolutely recommend it?

Shiatsu bei Claudia war während und auch nach meiner Schwangerschaft immer eine Wohltat für Körper und Seele! Shonishin hat mir unglaublich gut bei einer Narbenbehandlung geholfen. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!!! Very warm, family atmosphere. Pregnancy yoga and post-natal training were great and deep friendships developed that I wouldn't want to miss anymore. Shiatsu with Claudia was always a relief for body and soul during and after my pregnancy! Shonishin has helped me with scar treatment incredibly well. A place to feel good!

Ich war zum Schwangeren- und Rückbildungsyoga dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!! Vor allem habe ich mich immer auf den leckeren Tee gefreut, den Claudia für uns gekocht hat!! ? Und auch zu Corona Zeiten bemühen sie sich um Online Kurse! The Shakti is a place to feel good! There is a wonderful family and relaxed atmosphere! I was there for pregnancy and postnatal yoga and felt very comfortable !! Above all, I have always been looking forward to the delicious tea that Claudia made for us !! ? And even during Corona times they try to take online courses!

Ich würde es immer wieder dort machen und kann’s nur jeder Jungmama von Herzen empfehlen ❤️ We went to Claudia at Shakti Spirits for postgraduate yoga and were very satisfied. I had my little son with me and that was also super relaxed. I would do it there again and again and can only recommend it to every young mom from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Sehr nette und kompetente Kursleiterin und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Yogaeinheiten haben mir durch die erlernten Atemtechniken und das gezielte Beckenbodentraining für die Geburt sehr geholfen. Werde definitiv auch den Rückbildungskurs besuchen. I went to Claudia's pregnancy yoga and was absolutely satisfied! I can only recommend it to every pregnant woman. Very nice and competent course leader and pleasant atmosphere. The yoga units helped me a lot through the breathing techniques I learned and the targeted pelvic floor training for the birth. Will definitely attend the post-graduate course as well.

Claudia hat eine sehr sanfte und ruhige Art, die unsere Babys lieben und achtet auch darauf, dass jeder das bekommt, was er braucht. I was doing postnatal yoga with Claudia's baby. Very relaxing and helpful after the birth to do something for yourself and your body. Claudia has a very gentle and calm manner that our babies love and also makes sure that everyone gets what they need.
