Die Verkäuferin bezeichnet sich als "Geschäftsführerin" , hat aber keine Ahnung, wie sie mit Kunden umgeht, die gerade einen Kranz sowie Gesteck für Trauerfall bestellen wollen! Sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent.

The seller describes herself as a "managing director", but has no idea how she deals with customers who just want to order a wreath and flower arrangement for bereavement! Very rude and incompetent.
