Dank des großen Engagements von Claudia während der COVID-19 Krise die Yogastunden per Video abzuhalten, war es mir möglich trotz dieser taffen Zeit, meiner neuen Leidenschaft nachzugehen. Die Stunden bei ihr sind oft eine Herausforderung an meine körperliche Kondition, aber danach fühle ich mich immer sehr geerdet und ausgeglichen. Mittlerweile bin ich schon so weit, wenn ich eine Stunde nicht mitmachen kann fehlt mir etwas.

Thanks to Claudia's great commitment during the COVID-19 crisis to hold the yoga classes on video, I was able to pursue my new passion despite this hard time. The hours with her are often a challenge to my physical condition, but afterwards I always feel very grounded and balanced. In the meantime, I'm ready to go if I can't take part for an hour.

Claudia gestaltet alle Stunden mit viel Liebe, Leidenschaft und Abwechslung. Jede Stunde ist etwas Besonderes. Wenn man noch nicht so beweglich ist, hat Claudia immer eine Lösung parat. Sie sieht sofort, wenn man bei der Ausführung der Übungen Hilfe benötigt und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bei dem vielfältigen Angebot von Claudia ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Claudia arranges all lessons with a lot of love, passion and variety. Every hour is special. If you're not that flexible yet, Claudia always has a solution ready. She immediately sees when you need help with the execution of the exercises and is available with advice and action. There is something for everyone in Claudia's wide range of activities.
