Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es steht dass die Garage bis Samstag von 8-12 offen hat, wir sind um 9 gekommen und es war geschlossen. wir haben 2 Arbeiter drinnen gesehen, haben gerufen ob offen war, sie haben uns angeschaut und sind weggegangen. Als wir letzte Woche gefragt haben, ob sie unser Auto reparieren könnten, war die einzige Antwort "nein nein is zu voll", nicht mal den Namen konnten sie sich notieren. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, es ist wirklich anstrengend. It is said that the garage is open until Saturday from 8-12, we came at 9 and it was closed. we saw 2 workers inside, called if it was open, they looked at us and left. When we asked last week whether they could repair our car, the only answer was "no no is too full", they couldn't even write down the name. I would not recommend it, it is really exhausting.

Wäre schön, wenn man mich beim nächsten Mal über das Eintreffen meiner bestellten Reifen informieren könnte - erst nach Anruf meinerseits war klar, dass die Reifen bereits da sind und ich jederzeit mein Fahrzeug vorbei bringen kann! Somewhat hidden in a parking garage - very nice team, low prices (37 € for 2x tire balancing, mounting & disposal of old tires). Gladly again! It would be nice if I could be informed about the arrival of my ordered tires the next time - only after I called it was it clear that the tires are already there and I can bring my vehicle over at any time!

(Bei der ich zuletzt über sechs Wochen auf einen Termin hätte warten müssen..) Hier bekomme ich einen Termin in einem oder am selben Tag. Gleichzeitig sind die Menschen hier netter, kompetent, schnell und sympathisch! Top price-performance ratio. I pay at least a third less for everything here than at the authorized workshop. (The last time I had to wait for an appointment was over six weeks ..) Here I get an appointment in one or the same day. At the same time, the people here are nicer, competent, quick and personable!

Daraufhin beschimpfte mich der Chef dieses Unternehmens aufs Wüste. Nannte mich ca. 15x Schlauberger (was auch immer das bedeutet), fragte mich ob ich nicht lesen kann und sagte dass ich jetzt verschwinden soll, weil er will mich Trottel nicht mehr sehen. Das war ungelogen der schlimmste Service, den ich je hatte. Und ich rede nicht von KFZ, ich rede von dem schlimmsten Service, den ich je in meinem Leben gehabt habe. So einen unfreundlichen Menschen habe ich als Kunde noch nie erlebt... Since the wrong tire sizes were stated on my registration certificate, the tires I delivered did not fit my car. The boss of this company then cursed me at the desert. Called me about 15x smart people (whatever that means), asked me if I couldn't read and said that I should disappear now because he doesn't want to see me idiot anymore. That was honestly the worst service I've ever had. And I'm not talking about cars, I'm talking about the worst service I've ever had in my life. As a customer, I have never met such an unfriendly person ...
