R	Roka Ur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gab es hier einen Fall wo ich mich stark über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt habe. Normalerweise rufen sie von der Werkstatt an und geben einen Kostenvoranschlag. Die Arbeitszeitberechnung war auch ganz okay (wenn auch wie immer ziemlich großzügig für die Werkstatt berechnet). Sie haben aber bei diesem Fall nur Originalersatzteile eingebaut. Auf die Frage wieso sie mich nicht gefragt haben ob ich nicht lieber 0815-er Teile präferiert hätte, war die Antwort die hätte Ihr Lieferant nicht zur Auswahl gehabt . Mich hat das extrem geärgert weil ich die Teile zu Not hätte selber online bestellen können und der Werkstatt bringen können. Mit dem Auto konnte man zu der Zeit trotz des Problems gut herumfahren. (Nur so als Anmerkung: das Teil hat bei Ihnen über 250 Euro gekostet, es gibt das gleiche für 40 Euro auch.) Die kleineren Wehwehchen meines Autos hat Manfred Dvorak gut hinbekommen. Daher mein Fazit: kurz Glühbirne wechseln lassen: Ja - aber mit komplizierteren Sachen zu einer anderen Werkstatt oder enorm auf der Hut sein und alles ganz detailliert (Arbeitszeit und Autoteile) diskutieren. (Just as a note: the part cost you over 250 euros, there is the same for 40 euros.) Manfred Dvorak dealt with the minor ailments of my car well. Hence my conclusion: have the lightbulb changed for a moment: Yes - but with more complicated things to another workshop or be extremely careful and discuss everything in great detail (working hours and car parts).
