Jak chciałem wymienić to powiedzieli, że to jest zgodne z ich regulaminem a ustalenia mailowe są nieważne Warning !!!!! We agreed by email that the tires would be new and I got old ones. As I wanted to mention, they said that it is in accordance with their regulations and the email arrangements are invalid
S	Sitz KFZ-Handels GmbH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe!! Wie kann so eine Firma überleben. Ich kämpfe seit 2 Monaten um eine Rücküberweißung. Ich habe angerufen und Mails geschrieben. Die Mitarbeiter haben bestätigt, dass das Guthaben ausbezahlt wird . Allles nur BLA BLA BLA... Es ist zwecklos und ich muss wahrscheinlich wegen € 200 einen Anwalt einschalten... So traurig Eine schlechte Bewertung habe ich noch nie geschrieben, doch diese Firma hat es sich so sehr verdient, dass ich es niemanden vorenhalten wollte. Catastrophe!! How can such a company survive. I have been struggling to rewrap for 2 months. I called and wrote emails. The employees have confirmed that the credit will be paid out. Everything only BLA BLA BLA ... It's pointless and I probably have to hire a lawyer for $ 200 ... So sad I've never written a bad review, but this company deserves it so much that I didn't want to hold it against anyone.

Disaster, we have often ordered tires that are supposed to be in stock. But they were never delivered or the status was simply changed.

We agreed by email that the tires would be new and I got old ones. I wanted to mention it as they said it is in accordance with their rules of procedure and the findings are not valid e-mail ...
P	Pia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG! Ich warte mittlerweile SEIT MONATEN auf die Abholung von falsch gelieferte Reifen. Nach Ausreden wie "Die Reifen konnten wahrscheinlich nicht abgeholt weil sie falsch verpackt waren" (obwohl noch Originalverpackt) bekomme ich mittleiweile nicht mal mehr Antwortmails. Wer als Kunde gut behandelt werden will sollte AUF KEINEN FALL mit dieser Firma zusammenarbeiten! HANDS OFF! I've been waiting for the wrong tires to be picked up for MONTHS now. After excuses like "The tires probably couldn't be picked up because they were packaged incorrectly" (although still in the original packaging), I don't even get any reply emails anymore. If you want to be treated well as a customer, you should NOT work with this company under any circumstances!
