I	Ivan O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also einfach nur schlecht muss ich sagen, schaffen es nicht Heizung und Warmwasser zum laufen zu bringen jetzt sitzen wir in einer Wohnung wo das Warmwasser und die Heizung mal geht es und mal über stunden nicht! Na da freut man sich wenn die nacht kommt bei -5°C....? Leute keine Empfehlung, da habt ihr nur Probleme! ?? So just bad I have to say, can't get the heating and hot water to work now we're sitting in an apartment where the hot water and heating sometimes work and sometimes don't for hours! Well, you're happy when night comes at -5°C....? People no recommendation, you only have problems! ??
R	Renate M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heizung und Warmwasser funktionieren jährlich, sporadisch nicht, weil die Firma das nicht hinbekommt und dann auch noch freche Antworten am Telefon wie z B "Warum könnten sie bei 11 Grad nicht duschen gehen, das verstehe ich jetzt nicht." Auch die Rechnung wollte man mir schicken, anstatt der Hausverwaltung. Auf Nachfrage will der Mitarbeiter nicht einmal seinen Namen nennen. Auch beim angeblichen "24 Stunden NOTDIENST," geht zumeist nicht einmal jemand ans Telefon. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, daß man als Mieter so einen Service auch noch bezahlen muss! The heating and hot water work annually, sporadically not because the company can't do it and then cheeky answers on the phone such as "Why couldn't you take a shower at 11 degrees, I don't understand now." They also wanted to send me the invoice instead of the property management. When asked, the employee does not even want to give his name. Even with the alleged "24 hour EMERGENCY SERVICE," mostly nobody even answers the phone. A bottomless cheek that you have to pay for such a service as a tenant!
M	Melanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind anscheinend nicht fähig dazu den richtigen Heizstrang abzudrehen und richtig zu beschriften. Schon mehrmals wurde Heizung abgedreht, obwohl es nicht mich betreffen sollte. Leider ist man als Mieter an diese Firma gebunden, wenn die Hausverwaltung diese gewählt hat. Apparently they are not able to turn off the right heating element and label it correctly. The heating has been turned off several times, although it shouldn't affect me. Unfortunately, as a tenant, you are tied to this company if the property management has chosen it.

Agreed, one star is already far too much for them, google doesn't allow less unfortunately... Pay attention folks, if you want to hire them.
