★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin positiv überrascht, das Kundenservice ist absolut professionell. Die Wartung wurde von Herrn Samet Abdul Kocakafa gemeinsam mit dem Lehrling Aslan Aksoy durchgeführt. Herr Kocakafa hat mich gut beraten, hat professionell, schnell und und vor allem sauber gearbeitet. Aufgrund der kompetenten Arbeit und Beratung bin ich echt überrascht, dass Herr Kocakafa auf der HP des Unternehmens als Helfer angeführt wird. Habe gleich einen Wartungsvertrag abgeschlossen und freue mich schon auf das nächste Service.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
 I am pleasantly surprised, the customer service is absolutely professional. Maintenance was carried out by Mr. Samet Abdul Kocakafa together with the apprentice Aslan Aksoy. Mr. Kocakafa gave me good advice, worked professionally, quickly and, above all, cleanly. Due to the competent work and advice, I am really surprised that Mr. Kocakafa is listed as a helper on the company's HP. I signed a maintenance contract straight away and am already looking forward to the next service.
I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma hat den Termin abgesagt und trotzdem ohne Vorwarnung wieder "pünktlich" gekommen. Ursprünglich 187 Euro ausgemacht, schließlich über 400 bezahlt, plus ein Reparaturangebot von 700+, was gar nicht notwendig ist. Alles mitgenommen, Laptop, 2 Handys, sogar einen Drucker, aber kein Staubsauger / Leiter. Dreck hinterlassen.
The company canceled the appointment and came back "on time" without warning. Originally agreed to 187 euros, finally paid over 400, plus a repair offer of 700+, which is not even necessary. Taken everything, laptop, 2 cell phones, even a printer, but no vacuum cleaner / ladder. Leave dirt behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich hatte ein teures Angebot zur Thermenreparatur einer anderen Firma und habe diese Firma beauftragt, da sie deutlich günstiger angeboten haben. Als der Techniker dann da war, war er etwas perplex weil er meinte, dass keiner der angeführten Mängel der anderen Firma vorhanden war. Er hat mir auch alle Teile gezeigt. Ich hab mich super gut aufgehoben gefühlt :)
I highly recommend this company. I had an expensive offer for a thermal bath repair from another company and I hired this company because they offered significantly cheaper. When the technician was there, he was a bit perplexed because he said that none of the other company's listed defects existed. He also showed me all the parts. I felt really well looked after :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überteuert und erledigen alles sehr schnell und mit wenig Vorsicht. Mein Laminatboden war nach dem Thermentausch voller Dellen..
Overpriced and do everything very quickly and with little caution. My laminate floor was full of dents after the thermal exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenige Techniker nett, die meisten mit denen wir zu tun hatten wollen einen für blöd verkaufen. Man fühlt sich nicht gut betreut & aufgehoben, gerade bei Installateur sehr schade. Nach Vergleich auch überteuert.
Few techs nice, most we've dealt with want to take one for a fool. You don't feel well looked after and in good hands, which is a pity, especially with plumbers. Also overpriced by comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! Our heating unit malfunctioned on Sunday morning. We called the company first thing on Monday morning at 7:00. They said that they would be on site at 8:00, and showed up exactly at 8:00! Friendly, and honest service is difficult when looking for a heating technician or a plumber. Will definitely recommend, and we already have an appointment for next week to have our newly remodelled kitchen reconnected to the gas and water lines!
