Sekura EKKONO means "Safe Knowledge" in the international language Esperanto . The company name Sekkono Consulting therefore represents a commitment to our customers.

 

 

 

Sekkono Consulting has been founded in 2016. It is our mission to provide comprehensive and accurate consulting services, analyzes, concepts and information, which enables our clients to act more efficiently, cost-effectively and flexible on the European and international markets, being able to provide innovative solutions.

Having received a PhD degree in Experimental Physics from the University of Vienna, Mr.Rudolf joined the Austrian based Stölzle Group, one of the major European manufacturers of primary glass packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

After intermediate career steps as Sales Director Austria & Switzerland and Director of Business Unit Pharma & Medical, he finally took over full P&L responsibility as CSO of Business Unit Healthcare & Consumer, covering global sales of Pharma and Consumer packaging solutions & containers to international pharmaceutical accounts in EMEA, CIS, North-America, South-America and APAC.

 

 

Having been member of the Executive Director Steering Team of the Stölzle Group and member of the board of Stölzle Russia during a substantial period, Mr.Rudolf joined in 2014 Nipro Europe, an essential part of Nipro Corporation based in Japan. As Business Unit Director Europe he steered and organized sales of pharmaceutical primary packaging containers and prefilled syringes made from tubular glass.

 

 

Combining his passion for the healthcare industry, his joy in working with people and his long-lasting, thorough senior managerial experience, Mr.Rudolf decided in 2016 to found Sekkono Consulting and to join ISG as Global Managing Partner.

After finishing her apprenticeship in Food Technology and completing several additional qualifications in business law, cost & performance calculation and project management, Ms.Rudolf gained experience in various industry fields.

 

Her professional career covers office, marketing and key account management functions within the life science industry, for international tax consulting firms and publishing houses. Furthermore, she professionally managed large call centers,

At Sekkono Consulting, Ms.Rudolf is as Managing Partner primarily active in Executive Search, performing interviews and candidate pool researches.
