Dabei kommen wir gemeinsam extrem schnell auf die Schwerpunkte und die Agenda des Teamevents. Die Mitarbeiter und das ganze Team schöpft einen großen Mehrwert daraus und die Erkenntnisse werden danach sehr oft in der Praxis angewandt. Bei allen exzellenten Übungen und Themen möchte ich hier vor allem das EASI Assessment hervorheben. Es hilft uns sehr bei der Zusammenarbeit auch außerhalb des Teams Mr. Dworak from Master Humasn Resources Consulting accompanies us in UNIQA at team building events. In doing so, we come together extremely quickly on the priorities and the agenda of the team event. The employees and the whole team derive great added value from it and the findings are then very often applied in practice. With all the excellent exercises and topics, I would like to highlight the EASI assessment in particular. It helps us a lot when working together outside of the team

Aufschlussreicher Test für einem selbst und zur Auswahl von Mitarbeitern. Für mich erste Wahl am Markt. Made MPA for the second time in a year. Very interesting what has changed. Doch keines war im beruflichen und privaten Bereich so treffend und passend wie die MPA Analyse. Selbstreflexion auf höchstem Niveau, ich kann´s nur jedem ans Herz legen, diese Erfahrung mal ausprobieren. I had already done 3 or 4 personality tests before the MPA analysis. But none was as apt and appropriate in the professional and private area as the MPA analysis. Self-reflection at the highest level, I can only recommend it to everyone, try this experience out.
