Ich hatte eine zweistündige Protour gebucht. Bekommen habe ich eine 1,5 stündige Teenietour! So hat es die Dame selbst mir beschrieben. Zudem waren anderen Kindern aus dieser Tour völlig egal, was die Dame gesagt hatte und es ging die ganze Zeit nur darum Erster zu sein und nicht auf sie zu hören. Sehr nervig für uns! Da wir im Pongau schonmal eine Protour mitgemacht haben, war ich gerne bereit nochmal das Geld auszugeben. Nun sind wir alle sehr enttäuscht worden. Wir kommen Sie uns nun entgegen?
