My friend rented snowboard boots which broke in the morning hitting the slopes so he had to stop snowboarding for the day. When he returned the boots, the shop claimed that my friend spoilt his boots. The broken boots cost the customer one day of snowboarding. When I returned the equipment a day earlier, the shop didn't want to refund the last day, something brundl would do with no questions asked. I would rent from brundl the next time I visit.
K	Kris Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please rent your gear from somewhere else! On the first day, this place was a complete zoo. There wasn’t a proper system. I could see both customers and staff frustrated with each other with the boot fitting. I just got a bad feeling about this place. My snowboard boots were broken after two days of riding. The big staff guy said “I destroyed” the boots. He said “I tighten my boots too tight” and broke the boots. Sure, he replaced them but he said don’t tighten the boots too much. I really got scammed by the cheap prices. You pay peanuts, you really get monkeys. Summary: unfriendly staff. Cheap unmaintained gear. Disorganized system. Pay a bit more somewhere else and enjoy Zell am See!
