Erst nach mehrmaligem Erinnern wurden alle bestellten Komponenten gebracht. 2 Sterne gibt es, da das Essen gut war. Unfortunately we waited, although the restaurant max. Als er dann endlich kam, entgegnete er mir auf meine Verwunderung, dass er es sich leisten könne, da er ja sonst gar keine Pause hätte. Ein Kellner, Gäste im Café und dieser eine Kellner ging einfach in die Pause. Mangelhaft besetzt, schlechte Arbeitsbedingungen und noch dazu unhöflich. Den Kaffee spare ich mir in Zukunft. I stood at the bar for around 10 minutes and wanted to buy a quick coffee to go. Far and wide no waiter in sight. When he finally came, he replied to my amazement that he could afford it, otherwise he wouldn't have a break at all. A waiter, guests in the café and this one waiter just took the break. Poorly staffed, poor working conditions and, on top of that, rude. I'll save the coffee in the future.

Habe ca. 10 min auf meinen Kaffee gewartet, der dann auch nicht gut war. Werdet mich nicht mehr sehen!! Bad service, overwhelmed with 15 people! Und das nicht ohne Grund, denn angefangen vom sehr freundlichen und gut organisierten Personal sind auch die Qualität und Preise der Getränke und Speisen sehr gut. :) Es wirkt alles sehr authentisch und vorrallem sauber. Das ist leider nicht überall so! Hier schon! Perfekt für ein Getränk zwischendurch oder ein Treffen mit Freunden usw. In contrast to some negative criticism, one should mention positively that there is always lively activity in the Segafredo Lentia City. And not without reason, because starting with the very friendly and well-organized staff, the quality and prices of the drinks and food are also very good. :) Everything looks very authentic and above all clean. Unfortunately this is not the case everywhere! Here it is! Perfect for a drink between meals or meeting friends etc.
G	Gerald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eig schon ganz viel Spaß an dieser Erfahrung! Ja es ist schwer heutzutage gutes Personal zu finden, aber diese sind halt das "Aushängeschild" des Unternehmens. Es dauerte alles ewig lange, egal ob bestellen, zahlen usw. Es kam auch die falsche Bestellung und einiges auch gar nicht! Beim Toast und restlichen Frühstück nicht mal eine Serviette. Bei meinem "weich" gekochten Ei war erst auf Nachfrage ein Löffel und Salz dabei. Das Ei war flüssig siehe Foto gab ich zurück (mir grauste davor und wollte dann auch kein neues). Trotzdem wurde es am Schluss verrechnet (auf Beschwerde wurde das Geld zurück gegeben). Was lernen wir daraus? Der Service sollte besser bezahlt werden sodass es mehr Bewerbungen gibt und man vl besseres Personal einstellen kann! Auslastung des Lokals: mäßig voll - gezählt höchstens 20 Personen. Tipp für Ungeimpfte und Ungenesene: 2G wurde nicht gefragt ? We had a lot of fun with this experience! Yes, it is difficult to find good staff these days, but they are the company's "flagship".
