Never encountered such incompetent employees. Received the same false statement from 2 employees. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich schlechtes Dienstleistungserlebnis! Eine FFP2 Maske für 2,90 gekauft. Beim erstmaligen Anziehen sind auf beiden Seiten die Gummibänder abgerissen. Als ich die Maske leider ohne Rechnung reklamiert habe, wurde in den Raum gestellt, dass ich sie nicht dort gekauft habe und ohne Rechnung geht da gar nix. Dabei wäre es so einfach: ein einfaches Tut uns leid für ihre Unannehmlichkeiten, hätte mich total versöhnt. Stattdessen ein pampig geführtes Gespräch mit einer schulmeisterlichen Angestellten. Schade
Incredibly bad service experience! Bought an FFP2 mask for 2.90. When you put it on for the first time, the elastic bands have torn off on both sides. When I unfortunately complained about the mask without an invoice, it was stated in the room that I had not bought it there and nothing would work without an invoice. It would be so simple: a simple sorry for your inconvenience would have made me totally at ease. Instead, a sloppy conversation with a schoolmaster's employee. Pity
