s	selina traxler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo! Eigentlich eine schöne Tankstelle jedoch sehr unfreundliche Personal und keine Terta-Pack Säfte. Wäre toll, wenn es etwas umweltfreundlicher wäre. Mfg Hello! Actually a nice gas station but very unfriendly staff and no Terta-Pack juices. Would be great if it was a little more environmentally friendly. Kind regards

Ich kaufte mir ein Sandwich, einmal Gauda Käse einmal Schinken und drei Semmeln. Ich frage höflich und freundlich, ob Sie mir die Semmel auseinander schneiden kann? Sie wirft die Semmeln in Tüte rein und wirft auf dem Tisch? Dann frag ich Ihr ob die Einstellung von ihr richtig ist? Sie sagt ich sollte sofort raus sonst bekomme ich Eintrittsverbot! Dann fragte ich aus welchem Grund? ,,Sie meint‘‘ Sie arbeitet nicht beim Bäckerei und die Semmeln wird nur für Leberkäse auseinander geschnitten! Nicht für Sonder wünsche! Absolut Frechheit!!!! Die Dame ist sicher nicht für Verkauf geeignet! Also Leute Ihr müsstet ab jetzt Leberkäse ohne Semmeln kaufen Dann wird es vl klappen! I was at the gas station around 4:30 a.m. on February 26th, 2021 and wanted to buy something to eat! I bought a sandwich, once Gauda cheese, once ham and three rolls. I ask politely and kindly if you can cut the breadcrumbs for me? She throws the rolls in the bag and throws them on the table? Then I ask her if her attitude is correct? She says I should get out immediately, otherwise I will be banned from entering! Then I asked for what reason? ,,She says'' She doesn't work at the bakery and the rolls are only cut apart for Leberkäse! Not for special requests! Absolutely cheek !! The lady is certainly not suitable for sale! So guys From now on you should buy meat loaf without bread rolls Then it will probably work!
J	Johanna Neulinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin früher sehr gerne auf diese Tankstelle gefahren, seit allerdings viel zu viele Protz-Karossen stundenlang nicht nur den gesamten Platz (welcher noch dazu seit dem Umbau viel weniger und die Zufahrt viel beschwerlicher geworden ist), sondern auch die Zapfsäulen verparken nicht mehr, obwohl ich noch nie erlebt habe, dass mir von den stets um Kundenzufriedenheit bemühten Angestellten ein Sonderwunsch nicht erfüllt worden wäre, es kommt halt immer darauf an, wie man die Bitte danach stellt! Schade um die besonders bei Berufsfahrern sehr beliebte Tankstelle, hoffentlich kommen diese, wenn sie nicht mehr als Aufenthaltsort von vor viel zu viel häuslichem XXXL-Family-Feeling-Flüchtenden missbraucht werden muss, wieder zurück...... I used to enjoy driving to this gas station, but since there were way too many swanky bodies for hours, not only the entire space (which has become much less and the access much more difficult since the renovation), but also the gas pumps no longer park, although I have never seen a special request not met by the staff, who always strive to ensure customer satisfaction, it just always comes down to it on how to ask for it! It's a shame about the petrol station, which is particularly popular with professional drivers, hopefully it will come back when it no longer has to be abused as a place of residence by far too many domestic XXXL family feeling refugees ......
F	Felix Ratzenböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieblinkstanke für den spontanen Einkauf. Benzinpreise definitiv zu hoch aber die Auswahl bei Bier und Snacks ist top! Favorite tankards for spontaneous shopping. Petrol prices are definitely too high but the selection of beer and snacks is great!

Zuerst wird man nicht mal begrüßt, sondern einem einfach nur ein unfreundliches "ja!" entgegengebracht und dann habe ich trotzdem ganz höflich um 2 warme Leberkässemmel gebeten, woraufhin ich direkt angefaucht wurde, mit den Worten: "Was soll das heute immer mit dem Leberkäse!?" Es kann ja durchaus sein, dass die Mitarbeiterin einen schlechten Tag hat, aber das sollte man niemals am Kunden auslassen, egal ob es bereits 3 Uhr war. Ich war selbst gerade 90 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs und schon total müde und wollte mir nur noch etwas vor dem Schlafengehen zum Essen holen und dann passiert einem sowas. Also ich werde diese Tankstelle definitiv nie wieder besuchen, weil so herabwürdigend bin ich in meinem Leben echt noch nie behandelt worden! Ich arbeite selbst im Kundendienstbereich, aber wenn ich so arbeiten würde, dann hätte ich sofort die fristlose Kündigung. Today's service was an absolute cheek! At first you are not even greeted, just an unfriendly "yes!" and then I still politely asked for 2 warm meat loaf, whereupon I was hissed at right away, with the words: "What is that always about the meat loaf today !?" It may well be that the employee is having a bad day, but you should never take that out on the customer, regardless of whether it was already 3 a.m. I had just been out in the car for 90 minutes and I was totally tired and just wanted to get something to eat before bed and then something like that happens to you. So I will definitely never visit this gas station again because I've never been treated so degradingly in my life! I work in customer service myself, but if I worked like that, I would have been given immediate notice.
