Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Great customer service, nice houses, good location & large private beach. A few curtains would make the living area a bit more comfortable. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable.

Ambienti ampi e moderni dotati di tutti i confort (TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigo, piano cottira, aspirapolvere, bbq in veranda, arredo da giardino). La nostra aveva tre stanze doppie un bagno molto ampio più uno di cortesia ed un soggiorno immenso con splendida vetrata vista lago. Non é disponibile il garage ma é l'unico neo. Il complesso dista 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Velden. Posto stupendo! The complex is in a park between the forest and the lake that has 6 independent houses of recent construction and very well finished. Spacious and modern rooms equipped with all comforts (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cottira floor, vacuum cleaner, bbq in the veranda, garden furniture). Ours had three double rooms a very large bathroom as a courtesy and a huge living room with a beautiful bay window overlooking the lake. Garage is not available but is the only flaw. The complex is a 15-minute walk from the center of Velden. Awesome place!
M	M L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Anfang März zum ersten Mal wieder in Österreich. Dieses Mal haben wir uns für den Wörthersee entschieden, nachdem ein Freund uns von den Seevillen erzählt hat. Das berühmte Schloss am Wörthersee ist fußläufig zu erreichen und wir haben uns hier Abends gerne den einen oder anderen leckeren Drink gegönnt. Echt klasse ist, dass man von hier auch zum Skilaufen auf den Klatschberg fahren konnte und am anderen Tag ging es in die Feuerberg Thermalen (auch alles sehr zu empfehlen und nur 30 Min entfernt). Sogar Mal einen Abstecher zum Essen nach Italien haben wir in nur 30 Min Autofahrt erreicht. Wir waren hier nur eine Woche und ich kann das modern eingerichtete Haus nur empfehlen. Hier mangelt es an nichts, super Panorama Aussicht auf den See, moderne Küche komplett eingerichtet (sogar mit Grill und Aussenkühlschrank), ein großes Wohnzimmer, wo man es sich auch mal abends einfach vor dem Fernsehen gemütlich machen kann. TOP und wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank auch an das hilfsbereite Team im Hintergrund!!! We were in Austria for the first time at the beginning of March. This time we chose Lake Wörthersee after a friend told us about the Seevillen. The famous castle on Lake Wörthersee is within walking distance and we gladly treated ourselves to one or two delicious drinks in the evening. It is really great that you could also go skiing on the Klatschberg from here and the other day we went to the Feuerberg thermal baths (everything highly recommended and only 30 minutes away). We even made a detour to eat in Italy in just 30 minutes by car. We were only here for a week and I can only recommend the modern house. Nothing is missing here, great panoramic view of the lake, modern kitchen fully equipped (even with grill and outdoor fridge), a large living room, where you can also make yourself comfortable in the evening in front of the television. TOP and we will be back, thanks also to the helpful team in the background !!!
T	Thomas Hapala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Häuser waren gut ausgestattet, in der Früh gab es frische Semmeln vom Bäcker. In unserem Haus waren 3 fast gleichwertige Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit großem Doppelbett. Der Weg zum eigenen Strand ist durch ein kleines Waldstück und dauert ca. 5 Minuten. Es muss nur eine wenig befahrenen Straße (Seecorso) überquert werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. We have felt very comfortable here. The houses were well equipped, and in the morning there were fresh rolls from the baker. In our house there were 3 almost equivalent bedrooms, each with a large double bed. The way to your own beach is through a small forest and takes about 5 minutes. You only have to cross a street with little traffic (Seecorso). Overall we were very satisfied.
A	Adam King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for our third year in Velden Am Worthersee having previously stayed in a hotel and a different house up in the hills. Great, spacious villas situated not too far from the main strip. Quiet during the day with a fantastic view of the lake from the large window in the living area or outside on the patio. There were six of us staying in here and three bedrooms in the one we stayed in (I assume they are all the same.) Three bedrooms all of which are spacious, one bathroom (w/WC) and one WC. Living area is airy and spacious and had enough room for us all. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything you'd expect including clean cutlery and plates. The whole villa was very modern, clean and generally well finished. The owners popped in every morning to drop off fresh towels but were not intrusive at all. They are not far from the main strip in the sense that you'd be driving it or getting a taxi, but are quite a long walk after a few drinks. Would stay here again.
