★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there with my family and one friend, 5 people in total. It was very comfortable and the view of the lake from our room was amazing. Each adult is treated to a complementary espresso drink if the reservation is made online. The staff was really nice. I heard them switch between Italian and English and German languages without any problem and they treated me like I was their friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and nice, tha staff is super friendly and helpful and the food is really good. Also the place is magical - the lake and the mountains. Also shops etc aren't that far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and helpful, lunch amd dinner buffet are very affordable with lots of choices for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The location is also very scenic and calm, you can enjoy privately in the lake, separate swim area for non-swimmers, and for swimmers too. Cafeteria inside the hotel is also very affordable and have wide varieties of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Complementary breaksfast is okay, the only thing they have to improve is cleaning. I will recommend this hotel for group visit.
